Seems like they are starting to update with paint and carpet, but the towels weren't very fluffy and the bathroom mirror was dirty. The sitting chair was very stained. The air was constant run and seemed extra loud to me. The desk staff was hard to find. Not the best stay for me.

Everything was great until I was in the shower and noticed how nasty the shower curtain was! This shower curtain has not been changed in who knows how long! Made me question the rest of the room. I took the shower curtain down so it didn’t get forgotten for the next guest. I also put powder make up on all pillows and sheets to make sure they were changed as well.

They checked me into an uncleaned room when i took my complaints to the owner i was told if i wanted a clean room I needed to check into a room in the Hamptons there was no ice machine i bought my own ice breakfast was poor

Check in good. handicapp roon had terrible beds with springs poking up. Had to go buy a mattress pad to even be able to sleep. Locked out of the bathroom one night. Don't remember locking the door. Had to use the bathroon in the lobby which was difficult for someone that's handicapped

My wife and I stayed for a single night. We arrived around 7pm and found the front desk empty with a sign saying they would be back. We waited for a few moments and then noticed the phone that said we could dial 0 to get assistance. Placed the call and got help almost immediately. The front desk person was friendly and engaging. He got us checked in quickly, reminded us of the checkout time and the breakfast times. We rode the elevator up to our floor. Had to squeeze around one of those room cleaning carts to get to our room. We stayed in the king suite. We liked the room. It had a kitchenette in it, which was nice. The room had an armchair on one side and a desk with a task chair next to it. The poor task chair looked like it had seen better days. The shower was nice and had plenty of pressure. The cooler/heater worked well. The bed is very firm. We didn't use the small stovetop that was in the room, but it does warn to make sure the fan is on and even open up the window when cooking on it. We had breakfast plans for the morning, so we did not get a chance to try out the breakfast that is provided by the hotel. We did pass by the dining area on our way to and from the room, and it looks really nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed at...don't stay there. The outside doors did not lock (safety), pool was out of order. Room sink would not drain, stove top had no knobs, Chair had spots all over with food remnants under the cushion. Went to take a shower and it was not clean with a black ring around the tub. The overall condition of the room was old, paint peeling and chipped with carpet being dirty and not cleaned. The breakfast was a joke, 3 bagels, some bread, bananas and a few small yogurts in a fridge. The pictures do not represent the hotel. stay at your own risk

The continental breakfast was sparse at best. Coffee, a tiny bagel, muffin or biscuit or cereal. The sign said “free hot breakfast”. If you wanted anything hot, you could put it in the toaster or microwave.

So they put us in a room, a Queen size room. Then the microwave didn't work and not. So they made us carry all our stuff all the way downstairs to put us in the room right next door which was completely filthy and dirty, it was gross and nothing worked. The knobs on the stove were missing and the TV was broken. And when we asked for help, it was almost like we were inconvenienced. We actually even had to yeah, contact them with our own phone because the phone was plugged in, but it didn't work also like nothing works

Daily activities in Vernal kept me gone all day, I just needed a place to sleep. I knew this place wasn't going to be posh, but I was hoping clean. The condition of my room was pretty bad with debris and dry wall bits all over the carpet. Greasy handprints on the cabinets, microwave and lamps. Construction dust on everything. Hallways and elevator had a quite a bit of debris on the carpets as well. Breakfast was also pretty disappointing. Cereal, apples, biscuts and muffins were all the choices Milk, orange juice and apple juice were available, but the milk was a communal jug, and the juices were watered down. I was so sad. I really wanted to enjoy my stay here.

Name on building was sure stay, no breakfast, no pool or hot tub, no bar, building smelled like curry, when asked about breakfast owner pointed to a sign saying no breakfast, tried asking for directions was just told 2 miles away, asked for a cot since double beds were sold out was told no, cot doesn’t fit but there was clearly plenty of room for a cot. Beds were hard a a rock, stains on bathroom flood looked like blood stains, woke up with what looked like bug bites and a rash so we packed up and slept in our vehicle

The Room was Nice. 1. No Breakfast as advertised 2. Tub Drain was Broken 3. TV didn’t work well 4. Outlet behind headboard.(Head Board attached to the Wall.) 5. Jacuzzi Tub was dirty. Had to rinse it out before use.

If I could give a negative star, I would. DO NOT STAY. I realized when I booked it was a low rate but you can still find decent rooms at reasonable rates. Not here. They advertised free breakfast, they have pictures showing waffle machine. The front desk at check confirmed oatmeal, cereal and breakfast sandwiches because the health department shut down their kitchen due to only having 1 sink. I should've asked for a refund right then and there and tried to book elsewhere but availability was limited due to a local event. Owner is rude, doesn't care to give a proper service or acknowledge they advertised wrong. His motor you get what you paid for and doesn't care to give a better service or strive to make a person stay better. Bugs in the room, bed was extremely hard. Didn't use pool or fitness area as we were there for a limited time. Save your money and go elsewhere. It is hotels like this, who give owners of smaller hotels, a harder time to succeed because service like this, really makes a person only go to big corporate hotels and not give mom and pop hotels a chance to succeed.
