A little modern haven - smells divine. We were in balcony room 403, which in September was in full sun and not usable, but beautiful view over the River - also reflected in mirrored closet door. Every amenity, double sinks, rain shower and handheld shower. Only one chair, no desk, little fridge. The front desk was kind and public areas well appointed and bicycles to borrow. Tiny pool but terrace on 4th floor for breakfast and evening drinks was very comfortable. King bed was true king (not two twins with middle “seam,” good bedding and towels. 100% pleased

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Great air con. Water bottles refreshed daily. Despite being in the centre of things the room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and we had a lovely terrace with automatic sunshade. The Skyline bar/restaurant was superb and bar staff (particularly Thierry) were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and served on the skyline terrace. Most things were easily accessible within a 15 minute walk. Snacks and drinks were available in the lounge downstairs every afternoon which was a lovely addition. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and could find nothing at all to fault.

Unforgettably Beautiful. Friendly Staff

Right after I entered the room, I already loved it. Not only because the location, the cleanliness, but also the unique welcoming style and the coins and free drinks in the room. It all makes the hotel special and outstanding.

The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The wifi was awful and dropped out constantly especially first thing in the morning which isn’t good if you are trying to make plans for the day.

Kivir has a wonderful friendly and supportive staff, an excellent breakfast buffet, free snacks and drinks during the day. The rooms are nice, very clean and the beds comfortable. The terrace has a beautiful view. We will stay here again if we come back to Seville.

Great people and help. Good hotel

Room was spotless. Clean quiet and safe. Bed was so comfy. Great nights sleep. Happy (free) bar in the pm was amazing. Most of all the terrace view of the river was top notch.

The hotel was fantastic from the moment we walked in. Everything was polished and clean. Teresa on the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. She gave plenty of good information regarding the area and was a fantastic host. We - by chance - ended up having our stay towards the end of the Vela de Santa Ana festival, our room looked out onto the river so we watched the fireworks from our bed. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were all lovely including the cleaners. Thank you so much.

Staff are amazing, professional, friendly, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast food options and service is wonderful. A smaller modern hotel that excels in service, cleanliness, and is in an excellent location for walking to restaurants and shopping. The best meal of our day was the complimentary breakfast which is enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the canal and city street.

Very warm and friendly welcome by receptionist with a glass of cava. Helpful with advice and recommendations to eat. Room very clean with everything you need including free soft drinks in mini bar. Location perfect for all attractions no more than 5-10 min walk. Great rooftop plunge pool and sky bar for evening drinks looking across the river. Nothing to fault with this Hotel, a absolute recommendation.

A super clean and nice Hotel. It smelled great through the entire hotel. They have a fantastic breakfast and we really enjoyed it in our 3-night stay. Room amenities were great, free mini bar, free snack and coffee at the lobby, helpful and friendly staff, overall a great experience!

Modern, nice hotel. Best smelling one of the bunch we stayed in while in Andalucía. Front desk very helpful. Awesome breakfast buffet. It was a little away from the heart of the stuff we wanted to do but on the other hand, it is right across the bridge from Triana which we just crossed to go to restaurants in that area. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel! Fantastic location right in the middle of everything, lovely room with huge balcony, and an amazing rooftop! There were even bikes that we were able to borrow for the day, which were included! Breakfast was good but if I was being picky, the hot menu could be a bit more exciting. Would definitely recommend this place and thr wonderful staff

We had an amazing time at Hotel Kivir even if it was just over 24 hours for a weekend getaway. We arrived at 1am the first day and they have accomodated us very well and replied to us that we didnt have to worry about check in time. Service very good, huge modern and air conditioned rooms perfect to beat the heat, complimentary mini bar drinks and also had complimentary cocktails. Breakfast was good quality. Highly recommend
