This is a strange hotel, the place is dark, dirty, gloomy, scary, horror, just not suitable for Indonesians. The air conditioner is strangely dead alive or alive, the water is really salty. Fortunately, the receptionist was very friendly, nice to talk to.

The hotel is less clerk and the place is less clean.

The place is comfortable, the rooms and toilets are clean, and the most important side of the beach can see the sunrise.

The cleanliness under the bed, bathroom shower handle and the toilet flushing stuff is broken.

If you like a more private place this is the place, just this is an old hotel. cleanliness is lacking. complete room amenities. Breakfast is lacking in variety but okay. Have private but share with the hotel next door.

The view is really good, minus only the bathroom water is salty.

Location is good. But they need total renovation of the hotel. Our first room ac not cold in both rooms. Water in the bathroom is practically ocean water, salty and brown. Our pillows and blankets are smelly. Swimming pool is green and also filled with ocean water. Tried to move room and most rooms are worse then ours. Bathroom fittings are really old and rusty. Bugs everywhere and just feel very dirty. They don’t clean their beach. Seaweed and trash are pilling on their beach unlike their neighboring hotels. Breakfast is good, but also food is inconsistent. Same noodle can be sometime too salty sometime tasteless. I hope they can have budget to renovate as it’s a really a pity to run a hotel in a good location but with no maintenance.

Spacious rooms, okay facilities for the prices listed. The swimming pool is rather dirty, the room door can't be tightly closed (visible from the outside), the tasty breakfast is quite a variety. The bathroom is rather unclean, the lights for the shower outside are off.

Poorly maintained but good overall. But it would be nice if it's more well-maintained and slightly renovated, less lighting, water for bathing, very salty water and less water coming out.

Check-in time is required to wait 1 hour because there is a guest late check-out. Even though the position is at 17:30. The shower turned out to be salty, the water also often died, the reason for the hotel was that it was damaged.

Low cost lodging for the expensive Benoa area. Do not want to repeat, spooky.

The location is okay directly to the beach behind the hotel. Even though it is on the beach of the hotel next door aka Holliday Inn. But the beach is dirty from the employees because there are a lot of cruises, so there is a lot of garbage, it's really a shame. Even when riding on a glass bottom boat, there is a lot of plastic garbage in the sea. OMG, why the dirty waste trash. So right when playing on the beach itching bumps. If the room is okay, because it is suitable for our family. The bathroom is also large with an outdoor shower so you can take a bath with the kids who bathe in the bathtub. Because the old building needs renovation, okay? The main door to our room drags when opening and closing so it slams when opening and closing. Yellow tap water and hot water are rather difficult, yes, the most disappointing was the perfunctory breakfast. Overall, so, with the price of 650 thousand, you can get a beach front hotel in Benoa, so try to maintain it, it can be much better. 6 out of 10 is from us, thank you.

Spacious suite room, friendly staff, strategy location, front beach only one minute from room to beach,must be chosen for next trip!

Room is big, location is very good, we can go direct to beach, a lot of water sport behind the hotel, but the breakfast is minimalist and bath room is dirty, hot water did not work.

A simple rather old villa type hotel, the room is big (a bit an old style before Bali is so dense), I have my own terrace (if you are a smoker then this is a real treat), direct private path to Benoa beach so you can enjoy it, while a newer hotel across the road has to cross the busy street and use the public alley to get to the same beach. If you don't need modern amenities this hotel is for you. Also, many cafes and local warung along the street, and 24/7 convenient store close by.

Quiet and quiet, breakfast menu options are minimal.
