The service was good, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes if the door was left open, especially if you accidentally left it closed. The room was especially full of mosquitoes for babies.

Amazing hotel! The pool is 2.25m deep 🫶 We love it so much. The room is spacious and has full amenities, the food is incredible and the staff are helpful. We intended to spend only 1 night, but we ended up extending 🫶

Ramayana Candidasa is the right choice for those of you who want to stay in the Candidasa area for the first time, for the service of the Ramayana hotel you don't need to doubt it anymore, the view of Candidasa is really beautiful, you definitely want to come back to enjoy it, for the hotel because it is located close to residents' houses so the view behind the room is not good, the hotel atmosphere is calm and comfortable, suitable for a short escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city, over ALL I really like it

The location is very easy to find, with a beautiful view of Lombok Strait. The room is newly renovated and clean. The garden is very lustrous and carefully maintained, very beautiful. You can fill your water bottle for free, so it's very convenient.

Beautiful hotel in Candidasa. Pak Okiasa (if I'm not mistaken) in Front Office is very helpful and friendly, assisted us from check-in until departure. Improvements needed in the restaurant in terms of service, also the food taste and quality.

Kamar nyaman dan bersih, hotel berada di tepi pantai dengan kolam renang menghadap laut. Makanan di resto enak. Sangat cocok untuk staycation. Terima kasih banyak sudah dapat upgrade kamar, semoga ke depannya bisa menginap di sini lagi.
