Everything perfect, comfortable, great facility

An unforgettable experience staying at this luxury resort. The helpful and friendly staff make this resort a must-stay when in Bali.

The resort hotel has extraordinary beautiful views, all the facilities are there, you don't need to go anywhere else. Really enjoyed it.

Staying at the Laguna again after the pandemic. Very enjoyable and will return again.

Its a memorable stay, The staff from receptionist desk, lounge, and the restaurant all of them very nice and helpful. The housekeeping always taking care the room clean and tidy very generous with bottle of water I give that credit awesome!

Overall this place is awesome, the pool has direct access from our room we can swim anytime, the greeny so peacefull, the services made us had a comfort stay, the staff especially mba Dian thank you helping us to had a smooth check in and helped my son to had nice slipers, and the food had so many varieties and delivious too, we hope the hotel renovation will finish soon, hope to comeback again.

It was an amazing experience to be able to stay at this hotel, everything was the best, from the reception service, to getting an upgraded room at no extra cost plus delicious food. If you go to Bali, stay here, like being served like a sultan. It's not too much, but this is indeed the right recommendation for those of you who need a refresh. Hopefully next year can come back here, hopefully the price will also be discounted again.

Hotels in the Nusa Dua area have never failed, everything is cool, it's just a shame it's still in the renovation stage so it's a bit annoying going in and out of the hotel, it keeps turning but there's no standby to tell you the direction of the entrance so it's quite difficult there should be a written direction for the hotel entrance so that it doesn't stray around, but fortunately the hotel is really cool, the service is friendly, the food is even better, you can choose what you want to eat, other hotels haven't been buffeted yet, and a lot of Indonesian food is halal, complete, just feels like a 5 star hotel, very satisfied can't go wrong with this hotel.

The hotel is spacious, comfortable, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel staff was friendly and we were able to upgrade our room. Very recommended.

I had the most pleasant stay 3 nights at Laguna, all staff very helpful and friendly. The room cleanness excellent and the food is very good. The hotel atmosphere very peaceful, surrounded by. Beautiful swimming pool and beautiful garden. Highly recommended to everyone ❤️

Very clean room. The whole hotel makes you feel at home living here, the beach is cool, the swimming pool is also very satisfied, it doesn't feel like from the morning playing on the beach with the clay pool, it's already 12 noon, the main thing is not staying here. Plus, you can check out at 3 pm, this time at the hotel, you can check out at 3 at the cool lagoon Nusa Dua. Kind regards.

The staff is very friendly, I enjoyed several facilities at the hotel. Only dinner I would recommend a buffet at Banyubiru restaurant, because in the restaurant (I forgot the name) which is fine dinning, the presentation is very long, Plus when I ask for water I was immediately offered mineral water that is rather expensive with a small size, Until finally the second request I said, tap water, is it not free? Just the waitress said oh that's from Jug. I think the glass of water is on the table for the standard 5stars they immediately fill the glass even though we order other drinks like soda, the point is they try to make us spend more money. Ha ha.
