Holidays at this hotel are never boring.. This is the umpteenth time we have stayed here... because everything makes the children and family happy... Holiday Resort is the hotel of choice for a fun vacation spot for our family... We will definitely stay here again in the future....👍

the room bit old but the ambience, beach, location, the activity and the facility was the best. staff very helpfull and welcome

The hotel price is quite affordable compared to the facilities which are really awesome hehe. Cool! :)

(+) The hotel area has a very nice view, breakfast has many variations (-) The room is not soundproof because there is a door between the two rooms and towels were forgotten to be provided

Overall it was good experience however management should renovate the furniture and fittings in rooms. They are too old

Amazing hotel, unfortunately we didnt know the family villa located across the road, but lesson learned. The staff did their best but I dont think this villa is ready for full capacity. We had best 2 days till the breakfast saga where there was no table left and no food nor cutlery…. Lots of things can be done such as time for breakfast management.

Holiday Resort Lombok exceeded our expectations! Such a great stay, the staff were amazing, the food was great, and everything felt so relaxing. Will definitely come back

The hotel is beautiful, the room is okay, but there are animals like cockroaches and other insects. And the first day there should be an extra bed but it wasn't there, even though I called room service, it didn't come, but in the morning there was a complaint near the reception and then there was an extra bed. But overall it's okay and the view is very beautiful.

The hotel area is very spacious and very natural so it is suitable for those who like nature.. and the photo spots are also good. The swimming pool is also spacious. The rooms are spacious and have balconies. Overall, the food is delicious, hotel standards... the price is also still okay. The staff are friendly. The hotel is right in front of the beach so you can access it directly. The location is a bit far, about 1 hour from the airport.. only suitable for those looking for peace...

I took too much cheese slice, intending to eat it later. Because I like to eat cheese without mixing it with anything. The male waiter asked me to return the cheese. Sorry, I didn't know that cheese can't be brought into the room 😅🙏🏻

long check in time, but replaced with extended check out time, the hotel is quite old, but still good and well maintained. BF is not too varied. I stayed at the resort which is located across from the main building, so it is quite far if you go to the lobby or to the restaurant and pool

The hotel staff was very helpful to us, fast service to get discount vouchers for laundry and spa, and free photo shoot vouchers from the photographer. The initial plan was only 2 nights, but it became 4 nights, so I felt at home staying here with a restaurant with a view of the pool and beach. Breakfast while enjoying the sea.

1. Service: the staff are very friendly and from the moment they enter the hotel lobby, the staff are very responsive and immediately ready to help carry things. 2. Ambience: The hotel is very quiet and very suitable for those who want to heal here. No live music at night and I like it🥹❤️ 3. Location: also close to various places to buy souvenirs such as Exotic Lombok & Sasakku. For the beach, the hotel is right next to the beach. There are several delicious seafood restaurants around, but I recommend you to ask the local driver. 4. Facilities: The swimming pool is very large and the depths are divided differently, there is a pool for children too and there is a Pool Bar. 5. Breakfast: Not very tasty and I don't know if they adjust the taste of the food to the tongue of foreign tourists but none of them fit and suited my tongue🥲 ended up eating pop mi and buying food outside. Overall if asked if I would come back again? Yess, I hope there is a chance to come back again because I got to see magnificent views while I'm here!!🥺❤️ Would I recommend this place to others? Of course! Thankyou Holiday Resort!

Staying here is very comfortable, close to everywhere, many cafes near the hotel, Mataram is also close and the hotel is also very comfortable. Although this is an old hotel, it is very well maintained. We stayed in a bungalow in front of the beach, in front of the swimming pool, the atmosphere is very comfortable, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly There was a problem with the bathtub leaking. The hotel immediately moved quickly to give the option of moving rooms or having the bathtub fixed. Alhamdulillah it could be fixed right away, thank you very much so our family was comfortable staying at Holiday Resort. The service is very good, during breakfast we asked for porridge to be brought to the room for our toddler, it was brought. Thank you very much. If I go to Lombok, I want to stay here again, always be successful and hopefully it will be better in the future
