Very unusual comfort. Only the valet parking.. Very expensive rm40

Everything good, very high quality, and very friendly.

Hi, I went from Thailand over there. The atompshere was very good. Room was very nice and clean and very tidy. Swimming pool area was very relaxing. Staff was very helpful. It was treat to be there.

Facilities are not good.

The hotel is suitable for children's baths. I just want to go to the parking lot because I have to go outside the building instead of taking the elevator inside the hotel. Very confusing for first time goers. Parking has to be paid now at 2.10 once you enter. View ok can nmpak kl tower, klcc and Merdeka 118. klcc dah nmpk next to je now, 2 years lps can look full. Stay here because I want to bring my children to the swimming pool only.

Had a very easy check in and a very friendly front office personnel.

Very strict regulation. I stay over weekdays with my kids. They r not well but I've to bring them for breakfast. They didn't eat but ve to pay for children.

Nice to stay. Near from KLCC.

I was disappointed with the airport shuttle. Provisions imposed for those who want to pick up must be notified 3 days before departure and that for the plane to be overcome at 11 noon on the grounds that the drivers are only at 11 o'clock. Strange rules do not make sense. And to borrow a telephone must pay 2 rm / minute, there is no borrowing a computer for the internet. It's enough to stay here once.

Very worth staying at this hotel, only RM150 can view klcc & kl tower (upon request). The staff is ok very friendly & helpful. The counter staff can speak Malay well. Swimming pool is ok for children. Recommended for anyone who is the target of accommodation to view the pool & swimming pool. Very satisfied overall. Thanks traveloka give the cheapest price than competitors.

No direct access to parking from lobby lift

They should put more TV channel. There is no astro movie or even channel for kids. The breakfast don't have lot of variety
