During our check-in, the process was very easy and didn’t take long. A staff member named Dayana assisted with our check-in – she was so kind and helpful. The way she introduced everything showed she had excellent product knowledge. She explained all the details and made us feel very welcome. I would like to especially highlight Dayana at the front office – please consider rewarding her. I truly appreciate the outstanding service she provided. Our stay was upgraded to a higher-level room, and we loved it. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food. We felt like staying until breakfast closed, but we couldn’t because we had to take the kids to enjoy the pool. The pool was okay, though it’s shared with Four Points Hotel, so it was a bit crowded – but still fine. The kids’ playground was huge, but the kids’ club didn’t have many toys suitable for children under 3. Sadly, there was no babysitting service at the kids’ club. If that service were available, parents might be able to enjoy some peaceful time at the pool or a quick lunch at the restaurant. All the facilities were above and beyond. The bell staff were very nice – one even offered to bring our bags directly to the room. It was a staycation we won’t forget – we had such a wonderful time.

Its a heavenly place for kids! I love everything about the hotel honestly. The comfortable bed. The space, the ambience. Even the sofa bed, my 3 year old wanted it all for himself! Not to forget the main highlight is the waterpark and slides at the swimming area. Even adults can have fun! The breakfast had a wide spread scrumptious spread. My personal favourites will be the roti canai, curry, thosai, waffle and Mickey Mouse pancakes for my son. On a whole, I will come again the next time.

Great hotel with great facilities. Breakfast buffet at EVOLUTION 's something that you can't missed. Shout out to Fadhil (Evolution), Khalis, Nizam (Front Office), Husna and Intan (h2o bar and Grill) for their genuine and attentive service. Overall would be 10 out of 10.

Booked a staycation just to go shopping around KL. What a splendid one we had. Everything was perfect including the breakfast line. Just a slight improvement needs to be done - the pillows are thin and uncomfortable sometimes and the male receptionist wasn't friendly. Others are excellent!

The location is strategic and the room is clean and spacious. However, the guests were so noisy and disturbing around 1 or 2 am.

Overall satisfy. Value for money. Need to improve on check in side. Slow.

Furnitures are very old, the room has smell , housekeeper went inside the room for cleaning but didn't ask a permission. The only one thing that I like was in the center of kuala lumpur. That's it.

The hotel is amazingly great!! But I was a bit disappointed with one of the hotel staff, I don't know her name because it was a phone call but still they never apologize.

The rooms are quite spacious and pleasant, the service is also satisfying despite renovations.

Is a trip that is impressive in the value of accommodation prices If going to relax And do not want to go out and be busy This is a very good option. Because from waking up to going to bed You don't have to go out and eat outside. In the afternoon, there are afternoon tea to eat. In the evening, there is an hour cocktail to eat until 2:30 pm. After that, there is a drink and snack. To eat until 5 pm can be called once paid. end No need to pay extra food. Convenient transportation The room was clean, spacious and had the opportunity to sleep again.

Prior check in we worried about the closest train station but we found out that it just right across the street. As well as KLCC just 10 mins by walk. First impression its really good even the building was pretty old but the hospitality from the FO was really good. For the room was really good and the space was pretty big.

The breakfast menu is varied, for my child who is free of gluten it is very helpful to be able to request with the chef, the room is clean and spacious. In accordance with the price offered, it is highly recommended.

- Receptionist were very helpful, especially Mai-the internship from Vietnam. She’s very friendly and helpful when I have the first trouble with my door - Room Facilities quite good. But beside of that the flush is not working so well (both of my room and my mother room). The lift have problem too, when I walked in and pressed the button to go down, but it wasn’t move because the door stuck sth and it couldn’t close. - the buffet breakfast delicious and the staffs very polite, I really liked it

Worst service from Front office supervisor Ihsan. I am active SPG member and I have requested early check in since Jan 15, 2019 through Agoda for my stay between Jan 28, 2019 till Jan 31, 2019. I arrived at around 5:30 am on Jan 28 and I wasn't allowed to have early check in. I agreed to pay for half day charge of RM 199 and was told I could only check in at 6:30 am. I again requested if possible to check in at 6:00 am and was declined. The attitude of Ihsan was completely unacceptable. I hope Ihsan manager will take a note and ensure that his attitude will improve going forward. That is not the right way to treat your members.

It no more Renaissance Standard in this hotel any more. So disappointed in this trip.
