Very good hotel almost like a 4 star hotel, amazing, perfect service.

This is my second time stay here. The differences are the size of the room and the condition of it. I thought that Swiss inn did the renovation for the front part and build the new rooms. When I went there, I got the new room and feel a little bit shock because of the room size is smaller than before. Nevertheless, I still feel enjoy to stay there because of its near many restaurant and food places.

We enjoyed staying here. get a room directly in front of the elevator. Good food for breakfast. Not too many kinds are enough for breakfast. From the door of the restaurant we can walk around China Town Petaling Street. Front of the lobby is available tour and travel. Easy car rental. Mr. Sanker is very friendly. Holidays are so much fun.

The room is ok. The guy in the receptionist is very helpful and nice but not the lady in the receptionist. I stayed for one night, good place if you spend your day outside to explore KL and back to hotel only for sleep.

This hotel is really near to Petaling Street and MRT Pasar Seni, breakfast like 3 star hotel and the taste is delicious, room ok and clean.

Comfortable rooms, low prices, exceptional receptionist and room boy services. For the waiter / ss during bfast mediocre service, breakfast food is also very standard.

The room is spacious enough for itself to be clean and tidy (cleaned every day and the equipment is replaced during the stay) the bathroom is clean, the hot water works and the facilities are okay: phone OK TV, cold little AC channel, there is a mini fridge, mini safe and hairdryer. Location: near the station near petaling street breakfast: passable, not much variety.

The room is space enough & clean. There's wifi in the lobby& in the room too. You only need to re-log in with the same username& password that the staff hotel gave you after more than 24 hours or when you just back from the outside of the hotel. I've arrived at 1.30 AM in the hotel& there's some restaurants that still open near the hotels, so me& my mom didn't worry to find some foods for late dinner. So far, all of the service of the hotel was very satisfied& price is good too.... You only need take some stairs before go in the next buildings to find you're rooms ( I'm taking the entrance from Chinatown Street). Our rooms is in the Petaling Street area. But, don't worry if you bring a wheel chair or stoller, there's a special way for it. Only one thing that bothered us, the smell of the cigarettes was so strong! And the other room was same too.... It's not the hotel faults, but the smokers! 😅😅 Please, take a smoking outside the close place, my friends!

I get lost BIODISC in the room . I know it when I arrived in surabaya. I was leave the hotel cause I am hurry. Furtunely, Yesterday when breakfast I meet Mr. Peter Tan, senior sales manager swiss inn. So I need him to help me. And I really appreciate for his attention, support. I get back my BIODISC, it important to me. Thank Mr Peter Tan. I will be back. See you in Malaysia.

It might seem small from the outside but it’s actually quite big inside and the rooms were nice and clean. I booked the family type room since I shared it with 2 other people and the family room was big enough even for the 3 of us. The only thing that I concerned about was that they don’t have room slippers, but other than that, it was all good and satisfying.
