The staff were very kind and any questions I had were answered immediately. Everything about the double suite room was excellent. There were no problems with the hot water in the shower or bath. The Wi-Fi was fast and stress-free. The breakfast had a wide variety of food, from Malaysian to Japanese, and the drinks were also plentiful, including freshly squeezed juices. There were no problems with small children, including a one-year-old. The location is a little off the main road, about a five-minute walk, so it is unsafe for a woman to be alone at night. On a positive note, it is a quiet location.

The experience at the reception was not satisfactory because the staff skipped us while in queue and talked to ones behind us to proceed check-in. Other than that we really enjoyed the whole stay especially at the club lounge.

Perfect stay for my family of 4 and my mum. Will definitely be back.

Ritz Carlton is the best hotel ini Kuala Lumpur. All the staffs are humble, kind and helpful. The room is very comfortable and the food is great. I surely will come back to Ritz Carlton again.

Nice, cozy and spacious room. White and clean hotel. Walking distance to Shopping Centers even though hotel location is not in the main road, but there 's indoor access through Marriott. Elevator to the room is on different floor and different side of the lobby hotel.

I love the service, ambiance, the foods, facilities, everything is clean and classy, the check-in and check-out process is also very fast, you can leave your luggage too because you check out at noon and happen to have a night flight, so you can walk and shop around the hotel first the location is very strategic near the Pavilion Mall shopping center, Starhill, Fahrenheit, Sephora, Uniqlo, DonDon Donki, and others. You don't need to go out, just walk from this hotel, there is an indoor bridge (a beautiful alley like a gallery) that directly connects to Starhill Gallery and JW Marriott, and the location is also close to KLCC & Petronas, just take a grab, it's only around 5-8 RM. 🤭💖

We are big family with 51 persons who stayed in The Ritz Carlton for 2 nights. We had worse experience on arrival. When we arrived with 2 busses, the staff rejected and underestimate us, with arogan said that this is the Ritz Carlton and they didn't any reservation for us (without checked and asked first). When I showed my booking confirmation then the staff allowed us enter the hotel but without apologize! What kind of The Ritz Carlton Hotel is it? We stayed at many The Ritz Carlton Hotel and we had a great experience. That's why we chose to stay in Kuala Lumpur. We really disappointed and offended. And we decided not to stay at another branch and all over the world! After checked in, the Duty Manager came to my room and explained that the staff didn't mean it and apologize. The day after The Resident Manager called me to apologize. We hope this bad experience will never ever happen again to other guest.

Booked a one bedroom suite and got upgraded to a three bedrooms because I have a toddler staying with me. Should have been a two bedroom but the room was not ready yet. Cookies delivered in the afternoon and a 24hr butler service was very nice to have. Though the breakfast selections was not very much to choose from.
