Pros: ​Room: Quite large and spacious. ​Comfort: Comfortable bed (fits 3 people) and cold air conditioning. ​Service: Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Quick delivery of extra beds (RM 120/bed). ​Cons: ​Cleanliness: The hallway from the lift to the room was dirty with visible trash. The swimming pool water was cloudy and unclean. ​Breakfast: Decent, but limited variety. ​Parking: Very hard to find. ​Note to management: Since this is a 4-star hotel, please improve the cleanliness of the common areas/hallways.

I was on a business trip to the University of Malaysia in Sabah, and the Klagan Regency Hotel was a great choice. It's close to Hypermall, Sevel, and Orange supermarkets, as well as great dining options. I stayed here for four nights.

Spacious and cheap rooms, suites. Only 1 of mine was not comfortable, the door to the next room could not be locked.

The best hotel I ever stayed in KK. All facilities are nearby, especially the mall and 99 Speedmart. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Just the parking area is not enough for residents, other choices to pay to parking jockey that would cost up to 10 MYR. Other than that, they are great moments. Will stay here if I come back to KK.

All was very good. Love the place, the people, and all! Love the breakfast also but quite sad because I waited for their half-boiled egg quite long, but it still wasn't refilled. The time at that time was around 8:30.

Good hotel, but check-in took too long. Need to improve on that. Breakfast also not much choice, but still got plenty of variety. When all the guests come, it's hard to find a seat. Loved the pool and bathtub. Also, parking is hard to find. Need to park further, or inside 1B.
