Spacious room and maintain cleanliness.

The hotel is quite clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. It's close to the city center. The price is quite expensive, but it's still okay.

The location is close to the city center, and the room ambiance is good. Unfortunately, the mattress is a bit low, making it uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. The bathroom faucet switch is stiff, making it a bit difficult. Overall, it's good and highly recommended.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is friendly. On Fridays, a prayer area is set up on the third floor.

The location is perfect for culinary travel, the hotel gym is great, but only minor minus is the wall and door is not soundproof so neighbour voice can be heard

Samgat Byaman is a great place to stay if you go to Semarang

Very prioritize children's comfort in the room, in the restaurant, in the pool.. Especially when I bring a baby, super comfy. Fast response.

The hotel staff is friendly, when we arrived the room was ready, the food was abundant... This Gumaya hotel is highly recommended.. 👌

It was our first family vacation stay here since we couldnt get another hotel that has reasonable price. When we first arrive, the concierge is only 1 and he seems busy. We were confuse about who will help us bring our luggages. In the room, the room is quite big. The bathroom smells and the shower gel/soap is empty. But the room service is quite responsive to refill it. Breakfast is quite nice but too much fried food rather than healthy food. I do like the skin glow juice. When we stay, the price for our room is just unreasonable. Hopefully next time it wont be like this

Very comfortable, clean, and the distance to the mall and church were within walking distance. They provide free 6 bottles of mineral water and a coffee machine in the bedroom.

Gumaya Hotel is very strategic in terms of location in the city center, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is extraordinary

It's a good location and hospitality.

They can improve the quality of the breakfast, I. E., the breads and even the local foods does not represented, in taste and variety, as good as Gumaya's competitors.
