First timer to Palu, deliberately chose this hotel because it was close to the beach. Early check in, entered the room was cool and clean. I got on the 5th floor, although not a beach view but the experience in the room was pleasant. Stayed for 3 days with satisfaction. Compare with other hotels in the city of Palu, I think this hotel and hotel service are the best.

Easy check in, even though it was late, and we were able to upgrade the room, but the restaurant staff didn't really understand because we stayed for 2 nights and still asked for additional charges for breakfast.

I booked a non-smoking room and even listed a special request for a non-smoking room but when checking in, the staff almost gave me a smoking room (king bed) because the non-smoking room was fully booked. I showed that I booked a non-smoking room but they said that Traveloka did not inform me. Finally, we asked if there were any non-smoking rooms available? Luckily, there was one available but with a twin bed. Finally, we took that one. Apart from that, everything was good in terms of cleanliness, comfort and stable wifi.

Yesterday I stayed with a room option of 9 hundred. When I arrived, the room was good according to my expectations, but the wardrobe leaked because of the rain and I was moved to another room but was moved to a room with a quality below the room I had booked. I should have been moved to a room with the same quality, right?

First time staying at this hotel. The room is quite spacious, there is a sofa and dressing table plus chairs. The bathroom is okay, the hot water is also fast. Complete amenities. This hotel is very strategic for my business trip because it is close to the barge jetty which happens to be related to my business. The atmosphere of the hotel restaurant which is right on the edge of the sea really makes us relax when we are stressed thinking about work. And the vibes are really good for a relaxed business meeting. Overall it's really good, next time I go to Palu this is definitely my favorite hotel.
