Friendly staff and comfortable hotel

Strategic hotel close to various amenities

The hotel staff is so-so. The location seems less strategic because there is a little food court and it is quite far from Sevel. I always go everywhere and order food from Grab. However, there was a mystical and funny incident on the second night at 11 pm, someone tapped a card to my room and opened the door, but when I looked at it, the door was very wide open but there was no one in front of the door or hallway. My room was at the very end when there was a bend in the legok. Second, at 1-2 am it seemed like someone was trying to open the room door from the outside, when I looked there was no one in front of the hallway door. When I checked out, I forgot and didn't have time to ask the receptionist about it. But overall a good hotel, spacious, clean, suitable for families.

Had a great stay at Presscot Hotel Kuala Lumpur! The *shower was definitely the highlight* – high pressure and incredibly refreshing! Perfect way to relax after a long day. Overall, a comfortable experience with excellent facilities. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from reception staffs and housekeeping. Comfortable room with great water dispenser provided in front the lift.

The price of 500 thousand per night during holidays is not worth it, usually it's only 300 thousand for room only, usually ordering delicious room service food, but this time it's not delicious

Reasonable price for any type of travel. Also nice location because in the golden triangle area and easy access from any location in Kuala Lumpur city. Very big space and really suitable for family espeacially
