The shower faucet and washbasin should be replaced, as the water gushes everywhere and there's no curtain. The terrace garden also appears poorly maintained.

a grand old hotel, but poorly maintained. beautiful swimming pool, unfortunately many of the tiles are peeling. the atmosphere is a bit creepy at night 😂

4 days 3 nights I stayed here to celebrate the new year but in my opinion the bathroom is not good, dirty, smelly. Already complained and indeed fast response only got a room with the same condition. Not in accordance with four star hotels in general.

So I got a hotel for 1.7 because it was New Year's Eve. I was annoyed from the start. I booked a junior suite and was given a superior room on the 3rd floor. When I entered the room, the lady followed me because she made a mistake and told me to go back to the lobby and wait. Did you wait for the correct key and the 3rd floor again? Why didn't you bring the stone key when you followed me? And in the junior suite room, all my hopes were shattered. The drinking water was small, only coffee and tea were given. There was no spoon, the bathroom only had a brush without a glass, etc. There was an animal in the bathroom and I was shocked when I took a shower. The water was like taking a shower, like queuing for basic necessities, it took soooooo long, the debit was soooooo small. I will blacklist this when I go to Bali every month 😭😭😭 sorry I have to be honest so I don't get too excited paying 1.7 million

At 23.20 there was still live music & it was noisy, I couldn't sleep.

Dapet kasur twin, keduanya ga ada sprei. Kalo ga salah ga ada handuk juga, apalagi sabun dan lain-lain. Interior nya lawas. Tapi tampilan luar nya bagus.

The condition of the hotel is not clean. the condition of the furniture is already broken. Many rooms are not functioning. the breakfast menu is very disappointing. Really not. 2 nights stay towels are not replaced, if requested to be replaced there will be an additional charge.
