I chose this hotel to have easier access to the Waterloo Temple and to Bugis.

Suit my need, and nearby my go-to place

It's strategically located for access to Bugis, the National Library, and more. Plus, there's a 24-hour convenience store right next door. The hotel is incredibly clean.

It's newly renovated and has good access to anywhere, near to Bugis and Albert Hawker Centre. Near the bus stop and not too far from the MRT.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was excellent, the toilet was big enough and comfortable, the front desk even allow us to late check out due to our flight delayed. Will definitely come again for our next visit to Singapore, good job Ibis Bencoolen!!!

It's nice, it's close to everywhere, Bugis MRT Sim Lim Ah, basically it's close to ABC Bugi, close to Poll, but the room is really small. I suggest that if you want to stay here, your suitcase should be small. If you bring 24 or more, it's hard to open it because it's that narrow, and there's no bidet. The staff are really friendly.. and the room is cleaned every day ❤️❤️ thx

We always have a good experience when we stay in Ibis Singapore on Bencoolen. The hotel staff is helpful and the location is superb.

Everything was just fine, money worthy. The staff from the western country, however, didn't seem willing to help with the requested 1-hour late check out. She literally sighed and pouted.

Staff friendly, location near MRT, all good

Been staying here previously. Rooms have been recently renovated. Pls work on silencing the door as whenever the door slams, it’s loud enough to be audible rooms away. Since the floor is not carpeted but only with thin insulating material, it tends to creak when ever stepping on. Not a big deal but it does give impression. Also, pls do insulate the chair’s legs. Some inconsiderate ppl would just drag instead of lifting it, and it’s audible. Other than that it’s a typical no fuss business hotel. Price can be cheaper but judging from the demand, it’s difficult.

Our stay at Ibis Bencoolen was excellent! The staff was very accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The check-in process was also very smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for tourists looking for a nice hotel in the Bencoolen and Bugis area. One of the highlights was the convenience—there's a 7-Eleven on-site, making it easy to grab snacks or any essentials. The hotel is also well-connected, with Rochor MRT station nearby and two bus stops right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the tap water is drinkable, and the hot water runs smoothly, making it perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, a great place to stay for both comfort and convenience!

We come walk-in at night with many luggages and Mr. Aruna the receptionist front desk was very helpful! We stayed for 3 days. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable and strategic place, close to Bugis Street, but for Muslims, I suggest taking the room only package because the food is not halal.

The room is bright, the floor is clean, there is no dust and the toilet is also clean, not too narrow either, next time I'll come here again
