I've been there 3 times to this hotel, with intervals of 3-4 years every time I go to Bandung. But this is the last time. The front office staff is unproductive and unpractical because they can't mitigate check-in overload during the Eid season, so it takes 45 minutes for one person to check in. Even though I and other guests also arrived at 1:25 PM, why not register first? That would have cut down on check-in registration time. When checking out and taking the deposit, they were busy alone, taking 30 minutes, even though it was clear that there was no coordination or checking the room with the HK or Room team. Just giving the deposit took 30 minutes. The restaurant also lacks daily workers, refilling up is late, clearing up is late. It's a shame that the old hotel doesn't learn much from experience, I thought they had gained experience, but instead their hospitality service is inferior to hotels of the same star rating and local chains. It's terrible.
