The kids were happy staying here. It's kids-friendly.

Please, the hotel team, review the GUEST parking area. My car is like this. I'm so embarrassed to leave the hotel in this condition. When I asked security, they said it was because I parked under a tree and it got hit by rubber. If the parking area is dangerous for guest cars, the hotel should put up a sign not to park there, or cut down the tree or something for the safety of guest vehicles.

it was indeed a very comfortable stay. The location is good for destressing and the room is large and excellent view of the sea. The staff in general were very friendly too. Not much for the food which I believe can still be more variety and taste.

The location is scenic and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The facilities were great – we enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the water activities. The view from the room was stunning. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The breakfast variety was quite limited, and the taste could be better. We were expecting more options, especially for a resort of this size. Also, we needed an extra bed for a family member, but there was no clear information about this during the booking. It would be helpful if the resort clarified extra bed availability and charges in advance. Overall, it was a good stay and we would recommend the resort, especially for families. With small improvements in breakfast quality and clearer communication, it could be even better.

Breakfast buffet is getting worse everytime i came , not much variety, food is cold and stiff already! Too crowded , they dont control who came in . Please improve

Children are the happiest to be taken here, because the atmosphere is nice, there are choices of swimming pools, taking them around is really good.

Beyond expectations everything is good and suitable for bringing children

we stayed during the holidays and it turned out that the hotel was not crowded with guests, so we could relax more in the hotel. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the room was big for us. There are two swimming pools, but because the weather was cloudy and rainy we couldn't try both of them.

Deluxe room is quite spacious and clean. Central AC and has temperature control. Small TV and not smart TV, only has a few channels. The breakfast menu is very limited with a taste that is not very seasoned in my opinion. The location is far from anywhere, fortunately it can still be reached by G * food or Sh * **** food for dinner. The infinity pool is very small, in my opinion not for swimming. And the pool for soaking next to it is not well maintained. The main pool is up to 3 meters deep, but there is also a separate pool for children. The receptionist staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room is okay, it seems like it's just been fully renovated. The beach is a bit dirty (lots of trash). The games are relatively cheap, playing billiards is only 20,000 for 1 game.
