This is our second time staying here, and once again, it did not disappoint. My parents especially love this place because it is so comfortable. My father was particularly fond of the sofa—he even joked that he did not want to leave it! That alone says a lot about how relaxing the room is. The breakfast spread was reasonable and satisfying. One highlight was the made-to-order roti canai, which is quite rare to find in hotels. It was freshly prepared and delicious. I also loved the sunny side up eggs. The chef cooked them perfectly, with a beautifully runny yolk. Our room had a spectacular view and was spacious enough for our whole family to feel comfortable. The amenities were good and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and everyone in the family was happy. We would definitely come back again.

The hotel is new, smells good, has a nice interior, and is close to the airport. There's also street food nearby, and the hotel provides a shuttle bus to Queensbay Mall.

AC Hotel is top notch in terms of customer care. I was more than comfortable here during my stay. The breakfast was good and the location is great. There is a complimentary shuttle that took us to Queensbay Mall and back. Grab car service is regular so I could get around Penang conveniently. Wishing them the very best!

The distance from Penang airport is only 15 minutes. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom amenities are also very good, especially with sustainable. The breakfast is delicious although not too varied.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The facilities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. However, I noticed a limited presence of local staff, which I believe could enhance the guest experience even further. Employing more local staff could add a unique cultural touch and provide guests with authentic insights into the local area. This approach would also contribute to supporting the community. Hotel new and very clean. Staff very friendly. Room very clean and cool. Breakfast generous and everyday menu different, everything was delicious. Sure will stay here again when come back to Penang.

The room is very spacious and can accommodate 3 people because there is a long sofa provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you want to stay close to the airport and Queenbay Mall, it is very suitable. Only a 10 minute journey around Rm 7/9 by Grap.
