Good: Good location, direct beach access. Breakfast is simple, but adequate for taste and needs. Room size is quite large. Needs Attention: The property is aging and needs renovation. The sofa in the room is worn. The public areas look very worn with time. Complaints: The first day, the hot water in the room didn't work. After complaining the next day, it was fixed (the information was that the water sign wasn't switched. I tried it both ways at night and waited, but it didn't work). Second, after checking in, an employee wanted to set up the minibar in the room. He didn't ring the bell or knock, and just went straight into the room... (Definitely not following SOP; this is a serious violation...) The bottom line: For a room priced at 2 million rupiah per night, there are many much better hotel options in Bali.

Cukup ramah pelayananannya. Sarapan pagi perlu ditambah menu agar variatif. Room service kurang sesuai standar bintang 5 perlu ditingkatkan. Air mineral tidak setiap hari sesuai jatah 2 botol. Keset kamar mandi tidak ada. Punya pengalaman tidak mengenakkan dengan pelayanan laundry, pengisian lembar laundry harus lengkap dan detail, sampai sore laundy tidak diambil hanya karena kurang tanda tangan dilembaran kertas laundry 😊. Tidak terlepas dari manajemen, perlu ditingkatkan untuk pelayanan standar hotel bintang 5.

It was a nice hotel, great service and good breakfast. Nice baguette. They have nice view to the beach although its only for children to play sand.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, the hotel is clean, and its location near the beach is perfect.

Menginap selama 2 hari dengan pengalaman tidak mengenakan saat saya check in. Saat check in diberi tau dan diminta jaminan deposito kamar sebesar 1 juta oleh petugas laki laki (lupa namanya) dengan alasan jaminan yang 'gak mahal' & kebijakan baru, namun kebetulan saya gak bawa cash sebesar itu dan saya bilang bagaimana kalo debet ATM? Namun dijawab harus cash, lalu saya sampaikan atau nanti saya kasihkan setelah saya pulang dari pergi makan malam, karena saat itu check in sudah sore dan mau keluar lagi makan malam. Namun kebetulan sayapun lupa dan sampai check out saya tidak pernah di tanyakan soal jaminan deposito. Kalo memang itu aturan kebijakan hotel, seharusnya saya tetap diminta saat malam atau saat sarapan atau saat kapanpun di hotel, karena jelas saya memberikan no HP saya dan juga banyak menghabiskan waktu di hotel. Oh ya saat check in saya bebarengan dengan beberapa turis asing dan sepanjang pengamatan saya mereka tidak ada yang memberikan deposito uang cash, mohon koreksi pihak hotel kalo saya salah. Selebihnya fasilitas hotel memadai dan ramah untuk keluarga, serta akses dengan pantai yang bersih dibelakang hotel. Untuk makanan saya no comment karena memank mayoritas tamu di sana orang asing, selama 3 hari 2 malam menginap di sana saya amati hampir 70-80 % orang asing jadi untuk makanan memang kurang cocok untuk lidah saya dan keluarga. Tapi okelah.

Tempat yang nyaman banget, nginep 1 malam ga cukup. Makanan lumayan. Layanan room service cepat. Pemesanan kamar juga cepat. Pool seru. Pantai dengan ombak yang tenang banget. Maaf saya salah kasih bintang. Harusnya bintang 5

It is a nice hotel, not too big not too small. The best thing is the Hotel have own private beach, so we can relax and play over there. The Sunrise was so perfect, there are also fishes that you can see with your eyes without go into the water. The breakfast was just OK, the room is clean and spacious. But maybe can improve the bed. My suggestion for the hotel, Maybe you can add some more colourful fish in the pool, because the fishes were all small and black colour, so it not too interesting. But I saw the hotel put some bread for the visitor so can feed the fish. One more suggestion, can you please add balinese music at the hotel, it will add more value to the hotel. The hotel was so silent, and need balinese thing so the guest can feel more Bali. Thank you.

The hotel is good, there is access to the beach. For Muslim guests, the breakfast menu is not separated between halal and non-halal. Must ask first. The omlet station is also mixed with non-halal ham. The rest is all okay.

The check-in process is easy. The rooms are big and clean. The Buffet Dinner is delicious. Great breakfast. All the staff are friendly and polite. The price is cheap for 5 star class.

Hotel perlu direnovasi, terutama kamar lantai paling bawah, terlalu lembab, tidak ada sirkulasi udara meski sudah buka pintu jendela. Handuk hotel perlu diganti dengan bahan yang menyerap air.

The hotel quite clean, with good food. But, I think the maintanance team should check the drainese of restroom, because the smell is not good.

Don't want to be in the lowest floor room even though the reason is that the room is full (damp room), the towels don't absorb water.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast menu. The beach view is great.

Forced to live in the damp bottom room, avoid living on the bottom floor, especially during the rainy season. The bath towels are messy. Not a 4 star hotel towel. It sticks to the body and clothes and doesn't absorb water.

Kamarnya bersih, pelayanan sangat baik, pemandangan dan lingkungan pantai bagus, makanan enak dan banyak menunya. Keseluruhan sangat memuaskan.

Excellent service, good facilities, pool & access to the beach are awesome, need to improve breakfast menu. But overall is great, thank you.
