Great location. Old hotel but very ok

Good hotel and service, nice breakfast

Outstanding heritage hotel with a strong customer service focus. Rooms are large, well furnished with some traditional Malay decor. Breakfast buffet is varied and all food is of a good quality. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very near to pavilion. Breakfast was good. Fast check in and check out process. Room was big and comfortable. Its worth the money paid.

My family and I stayed one night on 10th July 2024. After checking in and giving the room number to the bell boy, we went straight to the room. After waiting for 15 minutes the bag still hasn't been delivered. We called twice.. the receptionist said the staff will send it in a moment.. we waited for almost an hour and it still hasn't been delivered. Then my husband went to the lobby and found our bags still on the trolley in the lobby. My husband continued to push the trolley to the room by himself. We are very disappointed with the bell boy service. Because he saw my husband taking our bags and then he said he wanted to send them..

All good. No complain. Breakfast was good. Staff heloful.

Broken lights, air conditioning wasn't cold, hot water for bath tub non-existent, water pressure was so low some times that there will be no water coming out if you flip the showerhead 180. Needed to make multiple complaints until management finally allowed us to change to a new room. But after that was OK, new room didn't have a bath tub though.

Overall staying was great. Very near to pavilion.

The breakfast is AMAZING! You should try their pastries. It is so delicious! And the price for add on breakfast also very affordable. The room is spacious with bathtub. Overall our stay was amazing.
