Room OK 9/10, Staff Personality OK 9/10, cleanliness OK 9/10, Building needed upgrade 6/10.

The location of the hotel does not match that in the application, it has been moved. Only one elevator with the condition as is. the dark alley seemed creepy. For rooms according to the picture, spacious and comfortable.

The hotel location is very friendly, just need to update the hotel image on the application because the hotel has moved and is different from the display shown on the location service. This is so as not to upset the traveler who uses the hotel.

The hotel service is friendly and satisfying, the location of the hotel is near the shopping center, the price of the hotel is very cheap, me and my family if going to Johru will stay at this hotel again.

Not well maintained. Parking and swimming pool are in another haunted building.

Hotel not maintained. Dark, gloomy, dirty, dusty. Parking far in another haunted building. Swimming pool really far. better don't put swimming pool as one of your facility.

Looks like this Erya hotel by Suria is an old hotel. At the time of entering the hotel the smell was unpleasant, the hotel atmosphere was rather dark, but the waitress was friendly, nice. Okay at an affordable price.

Old hotel but clean and on strategic location

The room given is not the same as in the picture shown.

The hotel is clean, AC rooms can be noisy. For ordering foreign citizens, tax is 10 RM, receptionis is friendly.

The room is too small.. smell like the old one.. fare food..

Comfortable room, next to the shopping area. Very good service.

The hotel is good. But in toilet they just put few like 1pc soap 1pc shampoo at 1pc shower gel in a small 1 inch high container. They are thrifty to give more than that. In the evening we feel like were not safe because the security on duty in the night is sleeping sometimes he didn't notice who comes in and out in the middle of the night.but over all good hotel I give them 7 out of 10.
