The hotel price is good compare to the facilities. Unfortunately I just stayed at the short time, so lack of exploring the whole facilities. I will come next time. Thank you

The location is near the airport, so it's suitable for short business trips. The room is clean and comfortable, but the facilities and amenities are just enough. I booked a superior room and it only came with soap, shampoo, and a toothbrush. I didn't have time to try the food.

Holiday experience with family

Even though the bookings had been made for connecting rooms, since it was based on availability, we understood that we wouldn't be getting a connecting room upon check-in. However, upon check-in, one of the rooms we'd booked didn't have a main light. We immediately requested a repair, but it took hours and several reminders before it was fixed. On the third call, the staff even seemed defiant when answering, as if they weren't regular hotel guests. So much for hospitality service. Despite the famed Novotel name, the service was so substandard that we had to check to see if this hotel was only a 2-star hotel. The bathroom looked poorly maintained. The toilet and shower area were stained.

The place is cool, recommended hotel if you want to visit Manado, I like it, I'm happy

Recommended👍 Very suitable for a staycation with family.. the kids are happy here because there are many fun facilities for them, the staff is very friendly. When I asked to move rooms and double clean, the staff immediately responded👍 Thank you, my kids are comfortable because the room is super clean and fragrant👍 For breakfast, there are many variants and the taste is 9/10. I want to give a suggestion, if possible, the room can be renovated again, especially the bed, it can be replaced, because it is starting to be uncomfortable.. so that it can be worth it with a fairly pricy price😊 Overall Novotel is still the best👍
