I purchased 2 rooms for us parents and children with the same type and the hope that the rooms are close to each other. In fact, we are separated in buildings 1 and 3 which are quite far apart and at night our children do not save to go through a quiet and deserted road. When checking in, it was said that it could not be changed because the type of room I bought was only 1 in each lot. Seriously? A resort that big? Can you imagine getting other customers like me and not complaining? I've tried so that our rooms are close together. At least in the same building. But the receptionist still said it was not possible. In fact, the vacation was uncomfortable, not calm. When ordering on Traveloka, we did not know what the room quota was offered. When you know you are offering a room that is troublesome for customers, it is better not to open an open room for ordering. I was also complained by the receptionist, next time don't order separately. How can you say I ordered separate rooms. I ordered a single payment for 2 rooms directly on Traveloka

Friendly and helpful staff, fast check in/out, fast taxi service to the airport, clean hotel room and everything works well. Too bad we couldn't have breakfast because of the early morning flight and not enough time. Next time will bring the family to spend the night there again.

Value for money. Perhaps the breakfast can add more local menu, like desserts or jajanan pasar. Maintenance of facilities, like painting of the area & more food varieties would be better. The room decoration is different in the advertised; in the web mentioned “children's theme bedrooms", but given as family room instead.
