Pretty decent hotel for a short stay

Due to the Oxford Hotel being fully booked by the app, we were moved to the ST Signature Hotel on Jalan Besar. The hotel's location is close to the station, making it easy to access by MRT. Bugis is accessible on foot, taking approximately 15 minutes. The ST Signature Hotel offers self-check-in/check-out (there's a barcode in the lobby for scanning), and room access (checking in and out via the app). For those staying here, please bring toothpaste and a toothbrush, as they are not provided by the hotel. Thank you for replacing my accommodation with a better one.

Everything was so good... Near MRT and bus stop

+ Good location, affordable. - No toothbrush, no bottle water, electrical socket far from bed so you cant charge your phone near you.

I forgot my phone adaptor charger, the hotel staff on duty allowed me to charge my phone at his office. Then I accidentally lost the key for my luggage padlock. The maintenance guy helped to open it and he refused when I offered him S$20 as an appreciation. All the staffs there are friendly and helpful. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Bras Basah MRT station is literally next door which make it easy to get around. Easy accessible, clean and reasonable price, these 3 factors definitely will make me come back to Oxford Hotel if I come to Singapore again whether for business or vacation.

The hotel is a bit dated. Close to Brash Basah MRT exit A Good service Clean place with cool air conditioning. Toilets don't have bidets Rooms don't provide drinking water. A deposit is required upon check-in. If you pay with a debit card, upon check-out, the money is non-refundable. They say you have to wait 14 days for it to be automatically refunded (it's unclear whether it will be refunded or not, and this is clearly detrimental to us).

The price is unreasonable. It's too expensive for this hotel... if guests stay longer, they should give a discount on the room rate. The longer you stay at this hotel, the higher the price. Even though I'm a regular at this hotel.

I would recommend the hotel to visitors due to its great location, staff friendliness, cleanliness of rooms, and great hospitality.

Clean and good location to stay in Singapore

Traveler friends, if you want to explore the Bugis area, Hawker Albert Center, and Little India around this location, transportation is easy. And the hotel service is very satisfying and friendly, especially for the room service. Thank you for being part of our life experience.

The room was better than we expected, it is close to Bugis Street, near the MRT and in the middle of the city. The staff in the noon was friendly and nice. Would be great to come back again and again. Thank you for the hospitality and the room.

very strategic location..close enough if you want to go to Bugis..room is a bit small

During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered several challenges that affected my overall experience. Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem well-suited for families or couples seeking a more private atmosphere. Accessibility to shared areas appeared to be an issue, which detracted from the sense of privacy. Furthermore, the comfort of the accommodations did not meet expectations. Although I requested additional pillows for our room, only one was provided for three guests, which was insufficient for our needs. As a result, I found it difficult to rest during my two-night stay. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel for future visits.

Room was small. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of its strategic location at the city center. Bras Basah and Bencoolen MRT stations are located within a stone's throw distance, easy to move around.
