This is not my first time staying here, it's been 2 or 3 times.
This is my first time staying at a 4-star hotel. Here is my feedback:
1. The first time I arrived, arrived at the lobby, dropped off my luggage, none of the security guards or lobby staff took the initiative to help lift it, they asked first before serving me. (during my stays at other hotels, both in Lampung and other cities, there were always staff who took the initiative to come and help lift my suitcase). Maybe Novotel has different standards?
2. The goods were placed on the trolley for almost 30 minutes, no one picked them up and took them to the hotel, I (from the hotel room) called the receptionist and said she wanted to check, in the end I went down to the lobby, I saw that the goods were still there without any guard. Finally I lifted them myself. Just check the CCTV around 4 or 5 when I checked in if you don't believe me. Is it possible that all the staff were busy at that time because I saw there was a TNI event? because I saw that there were indeed several TNI outside.
3. King size room, but double bed (okay, no issue because other hotels have the same model), but the difference is that the double bed is not flat, so there is a gap in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep (see photo). It's like a king size bed that becomes double on the right and left (because the bed in the middle is made uneven, whereas in other hotels it is flat) Again, is the Novotel standard different from other hotels regarding the king size bed (double bed)?
4. Standard breakfast, but for meatballs, it's soft. Other foods are also bland.
