I gave 1 star because I rented this room for the New Year's party package but it didn't meet my expectations. First, about the door prize where we were given a door prize coupon, finally I went down at 23.50 or 10 minutes to 12 midnight, but suddenly the door prize was changed to a game which I wasn't informed about, even though I was waiting for the door prize. Okay, it was changed, but the funny thing is that other prizes were also given to family/friends who won the scooter because I saw them in a photo together outside that night. I want to complain but it's not nice, the father who won was already happy, but why were other prizes like tumblers given to them, I still wanted the door prize. Then secondly, the food on New Year's Eve was announced from 6 PM until the end of the New Year, so I went down at 9:30 PM when I went down the food was already mostly finished, so I asked the waiter and he said to wait for refills, I waited a few minutes and there were no refills, when I took the food, it was refilled but only a few pieces of chicken and watermelon, but fruit, cake, even drinks were not refilled. At breakfast, the food was also limited in variety, there wasn't even a cake for dessert. Last year at another hotel, the New Year's food had many variations and was refilled continuously until 11 PM, even if guests added more it was no problem, the breakfast was even more plentiful. The advantages of this hotel are only the friendly staff and strategic location, my advice if you are not ready to hold a New Year's event, it's better not to do it.

Actually, the hotel is good, the downside is that the bathroom gets really muddy easily, so it's uncomfortable because I'm afraid of slipping. Everything else is good, the downside is that the bathroom water stagnates.

The Grand Cemara Menteng Jakarta Hotel is located quite close to the Hotel Indonesia Roundabout. The prices are affordable, the staff is friendly, and the service is quite fast. There's also a Japanese restaurant next door, serving dim sum, and more.

The staff is actually friendly, but I initially booked a superior room because I was looking for a bathtub, but it turned out to be full and I was upgraded to a suite. It's indeed more spacious but only has a standing shower. I was quite upset and complained, but there are no longer any superior rooms. Because what I need is not the size of the room, but the room facilities. Why is it available on Traveloka but not available at the hotel? The AC isn't that cold either. If it's like this, it's better to look for another place. Please reconsider guest requests before giving other room options/solutions.
