This is my favourite place in Batam.

Order and pay for a queen bed, when you check in you get a twin bed. This is the usual habit of hotels nowadays. Yikes.

Good view. Good service. But there is no elevator. So carry your stuff up and down the stairs. But still worth it.

we live in A2 downstairs room. all night until morning there is noise from above like someone is moving a table or chair but not ready

when I first arrived in the room I saw the TV wouldn't turn on because the server said when I checked out it wasn't the time yet and the TV wouldn't turn back on as if it was telling me to check out earlier. I wanted to take a shower with warm water in the morning but I couldn't, the warm water wouldn't turn on even though it was already on.
