Good location, good facilities, and cleanliness

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. The free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Very comfortable and quiet. The service is excellent, and the area is well-maintained. It's connected to a well-equipped mall like Kelapa Gading Mall.

My husband enjoyed his 5 days staycation; his fave second-home, all good.

The food is really delicious, inside the MKG mall it's also really delicious.

Maybe the reception staff should extend the check-out time to avoid long queues. Because those checking out like me have to catch a train immediately.

Nice hotel to stay during visiting North Jakarta areas...

the breakfast check system is uncomfortable and needs to be fixed. the first day, 2 breakfasts, 1 first, immediately recorded 2. even though it has been confirmed to the officer that the other 1 is a bit late. so I have to go back to the restaurant in the middle of the agenda to confirm. the second day is safe, the third day wants to have breakfast for two, questionable because in the data there is only 1. even though there is no option to buy a room with only 1 breakfast

Check-in was very fast, clean area, integrated with Kelapa Gading Mall, facilities are ok, gym and swimming pool are ok.

This hotel is really cool, it's 10/10. Suitable for those who want to rest. The check-in process is fast, when checking in you get a guava juice welcome drink. Clean room, complete amenities, friendly staff, can request complimentary cake (but must be informed again via WA before checking in) Breakfast is really delicious, rich in taste. Yellow rice and cinnamoll roll are delicious, especially the Padang soto is the best!! The hotel is connected to Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading (MKG), if you want to shop or find food, you can go directly to the mall. The swimming pool is clean, there is free ice cream and popcorn in the pool area. I was also asked on WA whether there were any problems with the room or not. The downside is that it's a bit difficult to find parking because the parking lot is in the basement and combined with the mall. Another downside is that the room TV doesn't have Netflix, when asked there really isn't any but they said you can watch YouTube, but that has to be set by the hotel staff. Suggestion: There should be Netflix, because the room I booked was rated 1.6 million, it felt lacking if there was no Netflix. So at night I was confused about what to do, usually Netflix. So far the others are really good. Thank you Harris Kelapa Gading, had a great stay!
