The outdoor AC was very noisy, disturbing our sleep on the 5th floor. The vibration and hum were very clearly felt inside the room.

Regarding hotel management, I feel that Hotel Santika has quite good maintenance. However, the room I stayed in, the sheets and pillowcases were a bit dull. There were not many TV channels (mostly local channels), especially in the bathroom, because the bidet was leaking. I also felt that the restaurant was lacking in my opinion. It didn't seem to meet Hotel Santika standards. The service was good. The AC was cold. The location was strategic. I was given an early check-in. Thank you 🙏🏼😊
