The hotel cleanliness is pretty satisfying but the hotel breakfast food standard definitely needs loads of improvement. Hotel management should also actively remind guests to put on their mask and gloves when at the buffet line at all times. So many non SOP compliance was observed throughout the service with many people not wearing their mask and talking at the buffet line, potentially spreading the virus. Only after telling the management, they started to enforce the rules for 5 minutes, then it reverted back again. Even swimming pool has restriction on the number of pax, however due to the negligence of the managements lack of supervision.
