Review after holding an event on April 12th: Minus the facilities and interior of the room with the AC not cold in almost all rooms including the corner type and in the ballroom, the service and friendliness of all staff are very satisfying, the hotel food is the most delicious in Manado, easy access and parking, just improve the room then this hotel will be the most visited in Manado 🙏 In addition, I have requested early check in via the app so at 11 I was already at the hotel, it turned out that the staff said that I could enter at 1 or 2 even though it was an early request, when I came at 2 to ask about the room, it turned out that the room was still not ready until 3 o'clock before I could enter the room.

A very pleasant experience. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was only one minor drawback: the cold water was difficult to adjust, so during our 4-day, 3-night stay we used hot water almost all the time. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough. Overall, I was very satisfied. 9/10

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with my family. I requested a non-smoking room on the first floor, but instead got a smoking room that smelled really bad, even though they had sprayed air freshener. The front office staff said the smell was only slight when they showed us the room, but after we checked in and came back later, the smoke smell was actually very strong and unpleasant. I tried to ask if we could change rooms, but no one responded on their WhatsApp. Also, the pool was dirty.

The hotel's location is very strategic, but I didn't get the type of room and bed I expected because the hotel was busy so the choices were limited.

The view is really good, the room and pool are big. But the cleanliness needs to be improved. The bathroom equipment is old and looks a bit dirty. The hotel staff should be more professional and friendly. During check-in, the frontliner looked nervous and didn't smile at all. There was no 5-star welcome drink. Because there were 4 people staying and breakfast was only for 2 people, so during breakfast, I said, "The 2 of you have already taken breakfast. My child and I (2 people) want to order a la carte." The first employee invited me to enter the restaurant but I looked confused and asked my friend. Suddenly, we were stopped. His friend said, "Ma'am, someone is already eating from your room." So I explained again that I wanted to pay for it myself. The food choices are less varied. The 4-star hotel next door is better. Hopefully, it will be better in the future.

Got off at 9 o'clock and asked for fried eggs and they said it was closed and the service was a bit less good. When I asked questions and answered them while walking, I didn't stop.

Bad service... check in policy is 2 o'clock so we arrived at 3 o'clock and it turned out the room wasn't ready, we were told to wait 30 minutes, after that the room wasn't ready either, we were told to wait another 10 minutes... and then the room wasn't ready either... the room was ready in 55 minutes.

The person in charge seems new, so they need to confirm by phone with their superiors and others. There's only one officer. The others are waiting. Check-in time is delayed. Checked in after 45 minutes. Made to wait over an hour while the room is still being cleaned. Unprofessional. Excuse another customer for extra check-out time. Without considering the customer wanting to check in. This is their first time at this hotel. They were directed to go upstairs, but it wasn't ready. There were no sarongs. The staff were confused. Hopefully, a hotel of this size in Manado can improve its service standards.
