Every time I visit Serpong, I always stay at Santika because of its strategic location. I've stayed at Santika several times, but recently, I had a bathroom with a clogged toilet and a noisy exhaust that disturbed my sleep. The sheets were also yellowish, and the room key was difficult to use.
Other than that, it was okay: a varied and tasty breakfast, cool air conditioning, complete amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and the location is connected to the Teras Kota mall and many eateries nearby. 👌🏻👍
