Wonderful stay, always satisfied and comfortable staying at Hilton Bandung. The room is clean, comfortable, and soundproof. Only the gym equipment needs to be updated, it looks old. Same during breakfast, please pay attention to the sushi and chicken porridge section next to each other, there are several flies flying around but no staff is on standby. Two times breakfast this problem happened continuously with flies. The average Indonesian food is less varied, fried rice, fried noodles with only meatballs as toppings. The protein is fish and chicken/meat cooked similarly with spices, not appetizing at all. There should be more variety, don't have the same type of dish. Apart from that, all the staff are perfect, polite and friendly. Shoutout to the Hilton Housekeeping team (Mr. Ridwan / Ibnu) who prepared my room with the word welcome on the glass and prepared a welcome cake in the room. 👍👍 Surely will come back to stay here next time.

The hotel is great... the rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is huge, and every room smells great. The staff are very friendly, and there's a wide selection of food. Mr. Hagi also served me well during check-in. My son's birthday happened to be his, so he received a souvenir from the hotel. Thank you again. 🙏😊 I'll be back again.

All the staff were very friendly, and the hotel and rooms were very clean, making it feel like home. Breakfast was also comprehensive and delicious.

The in-room dining and breakfast were very tasty, with a wide variety of options. We truly enjoyed our stay at Hilton, made even more memorable by the exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive staff and concierge. They were always warm, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, which we greatly appreciated. The only downside was the bathroom, which did not have a proper lock and only had a blind/cover from the outside. It was a bit difficult to maintain privacy, especially when travelling with kids.
