The hotel was well located to the beach and downtown area. As we had 3 people, the suite worked well for us as a sliding door separated the living area from the bedroom.

The property and room was exceptional. Upon arrival, Julicia at the front desk was a breath of fresh air and quite accommodating. She is the reason people come back to properties. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Even though I missed breakfast in the morning, they were accommodating to provide me coffee and pastries my sister and I look forward to returning next year.

Nice location. A real plus that the hotel offers onsite parking as that would be a challenge. Rooftop deck was very nice for viewing the sunset. View from the room was beautiful. Rooms were also spacious.

Our room was missing things like toilet paper holder, any hooks to hang towels, no do not disturb sign for room, which we found odd. Location is good and easy walk to beach, restaurants, etc.

Best thing about this hotel is the location. 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants close by. The onsite underground parking is also a plus. The staff are very nice as well. The rooms themselves are unremarkable. Spacious and clean but, very average. The common areas were not quite as clean. The staircase I used to go up and down to our floor had the same dirt and hair on it for the whole two day stay. I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel. 3 at best.

Restaurant not open though website says iit is. Bar open but couldnt find anyone to serve me. Hotel dingy and outdated. Needs upgrades.

This hotel has convenient underground parking, which is best for small vehicles. It is a short walk to the beautiful beach. The room was fine and clean. You could only go to the rooftop area during the open pool hours, which we did not use. It is fairly simple with an ok breakfast.

Great hotel and location. Only issue was, I wish I could have watched Netflix or Prime Video on the TV.

Breakfast was fantastic

It’s in a great part of town, close to the water and opposite the market. We stayed for 5 days and they made sure we were comfortable with the room (gave us several options to choose from).

Excellent location 1 block from beach. Very nice staff that go above & beyond. Fabulous buffet breakfast, with super helpful waiter who will make omelette on demand, show you how to use the espresso machines, etc.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was ok but the sheets had an overpowering sent of fabric softener (or detergent?). It made difficult to sleep. Also, the TV remote turned on the TV but then it stopped working and was stuck on with the volume high. Staff were quick to come help. They couldn’t figure it out but were able to unplug the TV for us. No coffee machine or kettle in the room but the breakfast was really good.

Friendly staff and the most comfortable beds to sleep in at this establishment. Room is cozy and quiet, so with the outside noise going on during Carnival I was still able to sleep soundly. Will book again next time I’m here. Thank you Hotel Praia!

Amazing Very friendly staff And the location of the hôtel is only a few stops of all the attraction
