Great location close to transportation and the old city attractions

Stay away! This was so bad, we cancelled the rest of the stay upon arriving. Here’s the list of grievances: - window opened up to closed area with smelly sewer pipes. We could not get fresh air which was desperately needed because the room was dank. - bedding was made of some brown synthetic material that was very old. - mattresses not firm. - queen sized mattress was just two twins pushed together. - toilet buttons were broken - broken hairdryer - dim lighting - fridge was old and warm inside What is crazy is that the the apartment we stayed at instead was much cheaper. So even if you are okay with all of the aforementioned issues, you aren’t even getting a deal.

This is a very interesting old building in the heart of everything. The staff was excellent. Being antique it lacked some space, but the balcony view was great.

Location is good. The rooms are objectively below average quality. Old furniture. Bathroom is also below average. Super narrow bathtub, and plumbing is not good requiring pressing the button to flush multiple times. Overall the stay was smooth and reception was friendly, but the hotel itself did not enhance our experience.

Best included breakfast during November 2025 trip to Italy. Helpful staff. Nice main floor lounge. Room spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds.Tiny shower that needs soap tray. Good water pressure & hot water. Old but very pleasant. Excellent location in city center near train station.

It was okay, very old

Good breakfast variety for the buffet, good service overall at front desk. Location is very convenient and very close to the train station which made it super convenient for travel. the hotel is also so close to the central market which is amazing for dining option. Everything is walking distance even to the major tourist spots. Hotel room was on the smaller side but not a surprise. Bathroom was definitely small but not a big deal.

This location is ideal as it is rght across from the train station with an easy walk to the attractions in the area. The breakfast was great, & the hotel is old world style & very charming.

Lovely hotel. Excellent customer service. Washrooms in rooms though were extremely small, would be an issue for larger people.

Great little place in the heart of the old city. Access to the room took a few short stair runs. Bed was very firm, harder than we are used to. Absolutely fantastic staff, very helpful and supportive.

Very close to vicinity around shopping area, plaza, and metro station good for 1&2 night stay.

Unfortunately this hotel is too pricey and pretentious for what it actually is. Unfriendly staff with no social skills. Management should consider hiring younger, friendly, customer oriented staff to welcome customers at the reception desk.
