The location is beautiful, but kind of noisy at night. The building is old but the room is super nice, very clean. The bedroom is kind of dark, needs to have more light. Cleaning staffs still walked into our room even we did put the sign Do Not Disturb, and my husband was in the bathroom at that time...So weird ??

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was ideal, it was very clean and the check out at noon was ideal. There are a lot of nice restaurants close by and the hotel is very close to the lake.

You simply can’t beat pricing with the location of this property! It’s ideally located in the center of Como, right next to the ferry. Staff is friendly, room was available before check-in time, and the place is clean. Will stay here again!

Room was nice but the Air Con machine didn’t work so the room was roasting on an evening. It just blew out hot air. Luckily had a breeze so slept with window open. Other than that it was a lovely room, great facilities & really enjoyed my stay!

Nice place, close to everything

Perfect location, helpful staff, very clean!

We loved everything about the hotel. Convenient, comfortable, close to everything.

The hotel was a great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was the parking available is a little misleading. The parking is in a parking garage where everyone in the city parks (and can be completely full) that is 5 minutes walk away and costs €24 per night.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The location is awesome, walkable to everything we wanted to do and see, lots of excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Christmas was in full swing with the most beautiful trees,lights and decor everywhere. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast we’ve had in Italy yet. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location was perfect for shopping and wandering the city. Restaurants were lovely.

Francesca and Mr M were very helpful about places to go and things to do in the area. There was a variety of food and drinks for breakfast.

Perfect location, nice modern hotel, clean and warm!

This place is not clean for your travel. Had an issue with room key and the elevator for the facility definitley do not reccomend at all!

Located in a piazza in the center of town, this charming little hotel is a few minutes walk frim the magnificent Lake Como.
