Centrally located. Nice restaurant and plenty of other restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and clean room.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Old. Cold. If you're in a room thing the river then good luck to you with the type of windows having light from their LED sign blasting in your eyes all night. Parking is in a parallel street with no offer of help or even a luggge trolley.

Wonderful location and view. I'd guess a top-3 hotel choice in Graz. Stayed in room 504, which was appointed in distressed modern method, but had paper thin walls. That's okay, and only heard neighbors occasionally, until they tried shower at 11pm. The water diverter must have been broken as the loud screeching from next door was followed by the shared wall shaking. Water then came out of our sink. Morning staff largely unconcerned that our sleep was disturbed. Lack of empathy or customer service ruined an otherwise fine stay.

The hotel aims to appear upscale, but unfortunately it doesn’t live up to that image. The room materials and overall finish feel cheap and more in line with a lower mid-range property. The biggest issue, however, was the noise from the elevator. It was so loud that even with earplugs I kept waking up throughout the night. The staff told me that management is aware of the problem, yet no action has been taken. Overall, the constant noise made my stay quite disappointing. I would not choose this hotel again.

Really cool older building but with the largest/best shower I have ever encountered in Europe. Area is perfect, very walkable and staff is very helpful. I would stay again 100%.

This hotel is truly one of a kind. I love how it preserves its charming, antiquated design while still offering a modern touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. On our last night, we dined at the restaurant and were so impressed with the food that we asked to meet the chef—hats off to Chef Christian! Mario, the restaurant manager, along with his team, delivered outstanding service and went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this place—an easy A++++!

The bar only offered limited Drinks (wine and Beer) because of lacking alternatives to a sick Bar Keepern.

The position of the hotel was great. Room and the breakfast cafe was quite quirky and interesting. Love it.

Room was very spacious and interior was “less is more” kind of way. High quality materials, and a calm vibe. It felt upscale without trying too hard. Excellent breakfast and excellent staff. Conveniently located and safe. WiFi was always good.
