Amazing staff, wonderful indoor and outdoor pool

Upon entering, I was transported to another time. The hotel is quite old and has maintained its original essence while keeping up with renovations to serve guests in modern times. The bathtub/shower was definitely new, for example, but in terms of decor, it was not a modern aesthetic. Overall, it was a lovely stay. Check-in was great and the receptionist was very hospitable and wonderful. Dinner was not so hospitable- despite showing up with a reservation, we were told that it was late and the kitchen was closing so we were rushed and felt very uncomfortable. Our server was very nice but he was definitely feeling the pressure from other staff and was in an uncomfortable position. And my main plate was over-cooked and served cold. The breakfast staff was super rude and off-putting, especially a woman who seemed like everything was an inconvenience and a problem. All in all, gorgeous hotel and I would recommend staying here. I'd like to come back and spend more time here, enjoy the spas, and perhaps have dinner outside of the hotel which is a real shame because the patio/outdoor dining area is lovely.

The staff were so polite

I visted in winter so the property was not in its summer glory but was charming and my room was palatial. The food was good. The hotel spa was amazing and I had a wonderful treatment. The location is perfect right next to the fameous Terme. The staff were incredibly kind and really looked after us. I recommend it.

Defenately not a 5 stars hotel. Although we got a suite nothing was not realy working. the fruits that we received - waiting in the room - were covered with dust. Spa was a little place and cold!!! The most disappointing issue was breakfast. It was The most horrible breakfast that i have ever had. actually nothing to eat except bread (dry) and one kind of horrible cheese. I asked for an omlet and was answered that I have to pay 10 Euros for the pleasure. Unbelievable!!!!!!!Don't go to this hotel and don't waste your money!!!!!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Charme aber auch mit Alterserscheinungen. Die Fassade ist sehr ansprechend. Die Bestuhlung im Resturant könnte gereinigt und überarbeitet werden. Der Pool ist ruhig gelegen. Poolliegen sind im überschaubaren Rahmen vorhanden. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr bemüht und stets freundlich! Das Personal im Resturant hingegen ist kein Aushängeschild für ein 5 Sternehaus. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar und trotzdem fehlte ständig etwas. Auf Bitte an die drei Damen im Resturantbereich das Buffet aufzufüllen gab es nur unhöfliche Reaktionen. Unglaublich. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Die Restaurantleitung war am unfreundlichsten. Ihre Laune lies die Dame sowohl u.a. uns als Gäste, aber auch gegenüber den Angestellten spüren. Die Dame selbst war im überschaubaren Rahmen bemüht das Buffet aufzufüllen. Wenn sich das Personal im Resturantbereich an den sehr netten Damen der Rezeption orientieren würde, dann wäre es ein großer Mehrwert für dieses schöne Hotel.

Ikke et femstjernet hotel - snarere et trestjernet. Trænger til renovering/modernisering. Fx kan airconditionen alene styres fra receptionen og ikke fra værelset. Flere nætter direkte koldt på værelset. Mange myg både ved pool og på værelset.

Hotellet er lidt træt,service og kvalitet hænger ikke sammen med de stjerner de gerne vil have

Hotel un po’ datato. Il problema che il ristorante è chiuso, malgrado sul sito c’è scritto che ha il ristorante. Scrivono che hanno il caricatore per auto elettrico ma è pubblico in un parcheggio pubblico

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes größeres Hotel. Zwar renovierungsbedürftig, aber sauber und gut gelegen.

Literie complètement obsolète. Personnel très agréable et professionnel. Infrastructure trop vieillissante et dépassée. Très bel endroit cependant, avec environnement magnifique. Belle piscine aussi. Fuites d’eau persistante avec robinetterie. Reins cassés suite aux nuits difficiles avec la literie qui est loin d’être digne d’1 établissement 4*.

Atmosfera meravigliosa. A colazione arpa dal vivo. Personale e proprietari gentilissimi. Bella la spa. Avevamo prenotato e pagato una quadrupla ed allo stesso prezzo ci hanno dato 2 mega doppie comunicanti cn 4 bagni ,vasca e doccia idromassaggio .

Molto bella la posizione nel verde ,proprio sopra le terme e vicina a centro .Suite grande e confortevole .

Peccato aver soggiornato qui per motivi di lavoro, senza tempo libero sufficiente per godere di SPA e piscina. Struttura elegante, camere ampie, mobili forse un po' vissuti. Personale molto cordiale e ricca colazione, integrabile alla carta.

I was forced to quickly find this accommodation by the bad condition of my initially planned accommodation, but oh dear I was so happy that I did it when I see this hotel. This hotel is extremely beautiful, clean, well-equipped, and easily reachable. The staff was really kind and always happy to help us with everything. The room was really nice and clean, spacious and quiet. We refilled our energy and enjoyed our stay at this amazing facility to the top! If you consider this hotel, please do not hestiate, you won't be disappointed!

Struttura a due passi dalle terme e vicinissima al centro. Spazi ampissimi. Servizi completi e di qualitá. Staff cordiale, preparato e disponibile. Camera pulita ed estremamente ampia. Nulla da eccepire
