Friendly staff, great breakfasts, clean, and unique property.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore! Loved the room, the staff, and the location. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond for a severe food allergy. Thank you!!! We will be back!

Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva. Upgrade to a suite made for a perfect birthday celebration. Helpful staff. I used the gym in the next door hotel. Several restaurants nearby if you want eat out. Across the road from the metro which runs directly to the Lausanne station

Was an amazing property. Enough so that my girlfriend went out of her way to let the management know how satisfied she was with her stay, the hotel, and the overall service we received. Highly recommend.

What a treat it was to be a guest at this wonderful hotel! We were given a room upgrade, with a lovely lake view. The staff was very kind and informative. The location was ideal and we would love to return someday!

This hotel is in the heart of it all in Lausanne, right on the lake, close to the Olympic Museum. So what comes with the territory is it feels cramped and noisy. With the public transportation being as good as it is in Lausanne, I would prefer the next time staying farther away from the hustle and bustle. Parking at this hotel is a pain --- even if you purchase parking, the number of spots is limited.

Brilliant choice for a hotel in Lausanne. Great location next to metro stop and across from the lake. Rooms are to a very high standard and staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a brilliant stay

The room was very cosy and the assisted bathroom excellent, including a bidet, which is rare. The half board food was amazing, being way above our expectations. It is a family run business that has been present for many years. We will definitely go back.

The food at Grill 57 was exceptional, as was the breakfast. We got an upgrade, as it was our honeymoon and a free welcome drink, which was really appreciated!

tacky dump that looks nice from the outside but offers nothing on the inside. Typically Rude unhelpful employees. Essentially just a nice building in a nice area of the city, banking entirely on their location.

We spent two great nights at Chateau d’Ouchy. Lovely place. Great service. Excellent breakfast. Extremely convenient location. Our room overlooked National Day fireworks show, which was an added treat!

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. Right in the centre of the city on the edge of the lake. Perfect location for easy access to everything . The room was clean and tidy as was the whole hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area, although small, was a beautiful spot to relax and swim. We did not eat at the hotel as we felt it was very expensive, but we knew this would be the case in the area. There were plenty of local restaurants to chose from. We loved our stay.

This was an amazing hotel in a beautiful location. We were here for a couple of days at the start of a longer European journey. This was the first stop after getting off a morning flight to Geneva. After we arrived by train from the airport, we arrived at the hotel early, so they took our bags and gave us some ideas on what to do that day. Our top things were the vineyard hike and the castle in Montreax. We received our complimentary pass and off for the day. When we returned later that evening, we received our keys and headed to the room. And wow!!! We had a lovely room with a balcony and an amazing view of Lac Lemon with mountains in the background. This was everything my girlfriend wanted for the experience. The slippers and robe were a great touch as well as the mini-bar being free with some orange juice, soda, water and Heineken. There is a nice outdoor pool and my girlfriend lover the sauna. The restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed a 3 hour dinner in style. Talvez não tenhamos começado bem, logo no checkin. A pessoa que nos atendeu foi muito pouco simpática e se demonstrou um pouco irritada quando estávamos tentando a comunicação em francês.

Difficult to access internet - need a better solution.

Lausanne is not a big town and the hotel is in the best part of the town. Directly on the lake and just a few steps away from the free tram that takes you up the hill to the "old town", maybe a 5 minute trip. The hotel is definitely a 4 or 5 star accommodation. The building is unique and historical but renovated to feel like a new facility. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable for European standards. Breakfast was great, we did not have dinner at the hotel. Stayed in 2 rooms, 2 nights with day trips to Bern and Luzerne. My wife did have a very minor exchange 1 morning when asking the reception where the closest church was and the woman responded that they can not discuss religion. So that was a bit petty and weird.
