Perfect in every way.

We enjoyed our stay here, the property is beautiful and right on the lake. The facility was clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast buffet was delicious. And it is very convenient to the train station.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. All of the staff spoke both French and English, they anticipated our needs and were patient and polite. Our room was over the top! It was a suite at the top of the old castle tower with views of the harbor, city and lake.

An excellent hotel in a fantastic position with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Despite being right on the lake's edge the hotel was quiet at night with a tranquil garden and pool area.

This property is a beautiful and historic hotel. A convenient and must stay if visiting the area.

Access to the room was way upstairs. The elevator doesn’t go to their 4th floor -looked like the cleaning storage area… We only had contact with receptionists. My car was opened and the property that I had inside was stolen while parked in the property’s parking overnight. The subway is near and it seems not to be uncommon for thieves to be in the area. The property have security cameras and they were able to see the thief on the video. I ended up spending my day at the police station.

The location is great, the chateau is beautiful but we had the bad luck to be sent upstairs (no elevator after the 3rd floor!) to a small room. Not sure those are the rooms as signed to Expedia members…

Staying in a castle was a fun experience and the location was really convenient- I would have appreciated notification that the pool area would be undergoing landscaping renovation

The “tower” rooms are spacious and with spectacular views. Location is central and close to the subway / tram to take you to the old town.

If you have many suitcases, don’t expect any assistance from Reception. Also, the rooms are small, so you’ll have to plan where and when to open them. Finally, the Buffet Breakfast is average and not worth the CHF 39 per person.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore! Loved the room, the staff, and the location. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond for a severe food allergy. Thank you!!! We will be back!

Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva. Upgrade to a suite made for a perfect birthday celebration. Helpful staff. I used the gym in the next door hotel. Several restaurants nearby if you want eat out. Across the road from the metro which runs directly to the Lausanne station

Was an amazing property. Enough so that my girlfriend went out of her way to let the management know how satisfied she was with her stay, the hotel, and the overall service we received. Highly recommend.

What a treat it was to be a guest at this wonderful hotel! We were given a room upgrade, with a lovely lake view. The staff was very kind and informative. The location was ideal and we would love to return someday!

This hotel is in the heart of it all in Lausanne, right on the lake, close to the Olympic Museum. So what comes with the territory is it feels cramped and noisy. With the public transportation being as good as it is in Lausanne, I would prefer the next time staying farther away from the hustle and bustle. Parking at this hotel is a pain --- even if you purchase parking, the number of spots is limited.

Brilliant choice for a hotel in Lausanne. Great location next to metro stop and across from the lake. Rooms are to a very high standard and staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a brilliant stay

The room was very cosy and the assisted bathroom excellent, including a bidet, which is rare. The half board food was amazing, being way above our expectations. It is a family run business that has been present for many years. We will definitely go back.

The food at Grill 57 was exceptional, as was the breakfast. We got an upgrade, as it was our honeymoon and a free welcome drink, which was really appreciated!
