I had a bad check-in experience with a very rude, impatient Scandinavian woman at the front desk. She is a pretty blonde who looks like she's in her 40's. Avoid her if at all possible. In addition to being rude, she's negligent . She twice left the door to the stored luggage room unlocked. If you leave your stuff there, it isn't safe.

The hotel could use some beautifying outside. Breakfast was decent. More of a 3 star hotel.

Loved this hotel…location was prime! Right in front of the beach…also want to shout out Miguel..he is the best!!

The hotel is clean and I was quite happy with the facilities, except one factor that was central to my booking THIS hotel: despite listing that there was a hot tub, this is not the case. When asked, the staff indignantly told me that the jacuzzi section of the unheated pool was “hot”. It was an unfortunate misunderstanding and misleading listing information, but I cannot believe the indignance of someone to tell me that a 15 degree pool was “hot.”

Great stay at the Hotel Sant Jordi, good breakfast - we dindnt have evening meal but was always busy. A little noisy from the road.

The air condition leaks for ALL NIGHT.. terrible The shower water is not stable at all, sometimes very HOT water comes out, and then turn to cold water.. We are living at 3/F floor, once you get out from the lift, there are a step just in front of it, we think it is dangerous if you did not notice it. The breakfast is ok. Overall, not a good experience for us.

Wonderful place to reset after a long flight from California, U.S.A. My Spanish is very, very basic, and there was ease for me to ask, if we could speak English. Thank you, for your hospitality.

Nice customer service

Close to the airport and public bus to downtown was only a 10 minute ride. Close to beach.

I was hesitant at first with the property and the location, but it turned out to be a nice hotel. It’s walking distance to the beach. My room was very nice with balcony. Hotel has a nice pool and gym. I hate that the pool was closed by 6pm. The hotel also has a very nice dining hall that provides full service dining with outside seating. Great buffet service. Great Wi-Fi - reliable.

This is a nice location. However, the hotel has SERIOUS problems with their AC system. The first night 3 passengers from different rooms were complaining about the AC. All of us had 28 C in the rooms. We stayed at the loony waiting for them to reset the system and it didn’t work. We had to try to sleep with almost 30 C in the room. You cannot even open the windows because of the mosquitos. That was the first day. The second day I asked if they repaired it and the ensure that everything was ok but at midnight we had again 28 C in the room. I went down to the reception and they have me no answer. They had just two other available rooms but they had the same problem with the AC!!! We didn’t have a choice to sleep for a second time without AC. This was a very bad experience. Maybe I could have understood one day problem but two days in a row is bad. I would never stay here again. Impossible to have some rest here

well.. this hotel is just 100m from the beach, and 10 minutes from the airport by car/taxi... as it's close to the airport we can hear the planes taking off, although that's minimum.. the hotel is in good condition, the staff is amazing and the food is good!! the breakfast is really good and fresh.

Our stay was pleasant, food was brilliant, pool was pretty small but okay, and bed was hard and uncomfortable, but other than that what a really good hotel. Enjoyed our stay and would probably go back with the children.

The room was big, nice and clean. The breakfast awesome hot food great fruit delicious pastries coffee juices everything.. Rafael at the reception is very nice. The cook was very helpful. And the lady at the bar also.

Mixed feelings! Great location, friendly staff. Good choice of food but we found the hot food overcooked every evening. Our room was at the back on the second floor, it was by a very busy roundabout so we had to have our balcony door closed all the time. The pool area was okay but the white sunbeds are very uncomfortable. I'm not sure we would stay again.
