The hotel.com listing states that there are laundry facilities onsite. This is incorrect. We had to drive across town to a laundromat to do our laundry.

Excellent hotel for a reasonable price. Very good buffet breakfast and decent restaurant for dinner. Room spacious and very comfortable with a very quiet and well placed AC unit (rarity in most hotels).

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful; I found a good restaurant for lunch! Breakfast was yummy and filling. The view from my room was disappointing—the only thing that kept me from assigning a “5.”

The buffet dinner is not so hot. It’s pretty far to the other restaurants.

We got in after 9pm and had no problems. The guys at the front desk were kind and quick. We went to the bar and had an awesome Pina Colada (or two) and a pizza. Morning breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

Wonderful Hotel newly renovated. Across the road was the beach which was nice but minimal views due to the sand dunes. The pool was great to use and so was the bar service. There is a wonderful downtown area to walk to in the evenings although it may be a trek for some. The roads were flat so it was an enjoyable evening walk to the restaurants and fort.

Jedna se o 3*hotel , pokoje jsou relativně velke, mate vse co potrebujete vcetne osusek k bazenu. Do bazenu je nutne mit koupaci cepici, kterou zakoupite na recepci. Snidane dobre, vyzkouseli jsme knhotelovou restauraci, vari velmi dobre za prijatelne ceny. Jedine co bych vytkla je slaby proud vody.

I arrived before check-in time but was given a room key without any fuss. Room was of a good standard with fridge and safe and overlooked the beach. I used the fitness room which was basic but sufficient, there were also two pools which I didn’t use. Breakfast was included and was very good value.

I had to have surgery and had to cancel our trip to Portugal. The Star Inn would not reimburse or cancel or change our arrangements. When we make our future plans, I will not be booking rooms here.

Loved the access to the ocean! Great restaurants an Uber drive away! Breakfast was quite extensive!
