We had a great stay at this hotel in Toledo. You do need to hop on a taxi or Bolt to reach the hotel from the train station as this is located on the top of the hill. We paid ~USD 10 for a taxi to go to the hotel and ~USD 7 to take a Bolt (local Uber) back to the station. It’s a good 15 min walk up/downhill to/from downtown, so if you like to walk, you get to enjoy the panoramic views; if walking is not an option, you will have to take a taxi/Bolt. We walked and it was quite nice. The staff was very kind - we arrived before the check in time and they allowed us to drop our bags, check in (get room card) but asked us not to go to the room yet as the cleaning staff was still working on it. So we left to see town. When we came back, the staff had already moved our luggage into our room. The bedroom was quite large, it is more spacious than you can tell by the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom/shower was tight, however, it has everything you will need, including a towel warmer. We had good water pressure in the shower and had no issues with hot water. The hotel offers breakfast at an additional fee, we did not have breakfast there but it’s nice to have the option to eat right there, very convenient. Overall, our stay was short but very good. We paid a very reasonable price for the one night and thought we had great value. The views from the hotel are very beautiful. I’d recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Very charming hotel with characters including lots of balconies. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff is very friendly. Within 15 minute to the bridge to the heart of old town.

Money for the Value. It is easy for parking. There is the bus stop at the opposite of the hotel to the old city. Also it is walkable to the old city, if you want to. The breakfast is good, too. If there is the kettle in the pubic kitchen area. it would be perfect. We enjoyed our one night stay.

Lovely stay at Toledo. This hotel is bright and clean with very comfy beds to rest in after a long day sightseeing in beautiful Toledo. Its situated outside the main town over the other side of the valley. Its near the Mirador del Valle where you can get great views of the main part of Toledo and is easy enough to get into town within about 10 minutes in thr 71 bus or if you have a bus tour with the red bus it stops just up the road so that was a bonus. Checkin and check out were efficient and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if we go back to Toledo.

Nice outdoor pool…:on first floor….bit on the small side but adequate…..nothing not to like….breakfast was good and the serving ladies were a bundle of fun….

A really lovely hotel with great views of Toledo. Very comfortable rooms and super comfy beds. There is an hourly bus from just outside the hotel that takes you to the centre . Very easy. Parking is limited by the hotel but we did find a space. Woukd recommend this place.

This is such a beautiful hotel. It has a traditional exterior but with lovely stylish modern rooms. We loved our large balcony, the air conditioning is super and the staff are very helpful and friendly, telling us about the bus service outside the hotel to the centre of Toledo Old Town and providing a map. We walked as it’s only about 1.5 miles to the centre. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of delicious options. Highly recommend.

Great place; had the feeling of a 4 star hotel but is a 3 star; got a room with great views to Toledo; across for the bus stop so getting to town was easy; clean but don't open windows, lot's of bugs.

We loved the hotel and the room. A little out the way but bus on the hour every hour just outside the door was excellent. Just wish it would of had a kettle and some tea making facilities but amazing other than that

Friendly welcome. Good location. Clean room. Nice balcony with view. No coffee maker/kettle. No iron. Hard beds. One pillow per bed. Very thin walls.

Great location. Removed away from the walled town but a nice walk to the mail gate! Room was quiet, nice. Front desk staff very helpful. Plenty of parking. One thing a little odd is that the breakfast is still served based on Covid protocols. There is a person who will serve you each item from behind the counter. This includes the coffee/juice. You are not allowed to serve yourself, etc.
