This place is more like a motel than resort. Very small washroom and the most uncomfortable beds. The staff were very nice and pool area is great but I would t pay that price again for this hotel too expensive for what it is we were disappointed

Beautiful pool! Quiet location away from the crowds, but inaccessible to anything on foot. No children a big plus.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came to Key West for our honeymoon and loved the resort vibes at Havana Cabana! Our room was clean and well appointed, the pool is excellent (watch out for iguanas though!), and the food & drinks are tasty and reasonably priced. It is not located in the main part of key west but there is a shuttle that takes you to town. There is also an opportunity to rent mopeds which I highly recommend! A note for fragrance sensitive people - the lobby is highly scented. Our room did not seem to be as fragranced, but if you are super sensitive it may not be a good fit for you.

I enjoyed the pool and atmosphere. It was very inviting and their was always something to do. I loved the DJ, Jello-shots, food and drinks. Most of the staff was nice and attentive; however, there were a couple that were not. I think they were short staffed at night because one bartender was not very attentive and I had to wait a while for service. I also had an issue with my toilet not flushing and waited all day for someone to arrive and fix it. After going to the front desk three times, I eventually got it fixed. However, the person who fixed it let the floor a mess with water and I had to use all my towels to clean it up.

Went to Havana Cabana with my boyfriend. The hotel was clean and the staff was always pleasant. The shuttle service to downtown was nice, though we wished it would have run later than 10:30. The pool had a great vibe, with a DJ for a few hours each day. The drinks were a bit pricy and varied in quality - would stick with the basic mixed drinks. Only food we tried were the conch fritters which were tasty. Will say, the 'adults only' policy is not enforced. Though that was a factor in choosing this hotel, we didn't mind the kids (we do have kids that we did not bring). Just keep that in mind if you truly don't want kids around. Overall, we had a great time. Room service came by everyday though we only bugged them for more coffee/cups. Would recommend staying here. *The hotel is across from the water, but you cannot swim/no beach.

Paid specifically for adult only resort only to find out the resort is not 21 and older. This was the main thing I wanted to our stay

My VIP status was not recognized upon check in. I was told our room was not yet ready but in would be soon. That was around 1pm. We had arrived early because we had taken the ferry over from Ft. Myers. We went and sat in the bar and ordered drinks. At 2pm we rechecked at the desk. Not ready yet. At 3pm, not ready yet. At 4pm I got in the line to check in and finally the room was ready at 4:15! Again my VIP status was never acknowledged. I had prepaid for Champagne and cigars and they were not in the room. The room smelled very musty and the faux (peel and stick) wood floor crunched with every step as it was obviously lifting from the underfloor. There were too few hangars in the closet. I complained about the lack of bubbly and cigars and they were eventually brought but the surprise for my husband had already come and gone. We never did get more hangars.

I was very disappointed in the timing of housekeeping every single day; they came at the most inconvenient times and were very rude when I asked them to come back; I was also very disappointed that this hotel advertised as being adults only because on the 2nd day of our stay there were kids jumping in the pool! We found out they are only "adults only" until the 15th of April--would never stay here again.

This hotel is not adult only as advertised! Corporate made the change two days prior to our arrival and the manager told us that an email was sent to all guests- but we did not know plus a handful of all angry guests we met didn’t know as well! This was false advertising and unfair. We paid for an adult vacation and expected an adult getaway. It’s also not fair to young families who were listening to adult music, watching adults get wasted and smoking and drinking poolside. There is also no lifeguard on duty but parents were not watching their splashing and jumping kids who were inches from cracking open their heads on the pool steps and edges! Also, now that there are large families, the vans are fuller, which means the 2 half hour trips to downtown aren’t enough to sustain the singles or couples who want to head down on the schedule provided. The alcohol beverages are ridiculously overpriced at $15 each. They have specials daily. There really is no place to eat other than the food truck- which was good but there are no sit down restaurant, unless you take the shuttle downtown. The staff is not extremely friendly and the drivers are nice. The roosters crow at 3:30am- ask for an interior room or away from parking lot!

The staff is friendly and provides good service, the place is quiet and well-maintained, good bar and pool.

There was kids. There when there was not supposed to be. There only one bartender that was nice

This place has an amazing pool, staff and super clean. Food was great! We will definitely be back.
