Great

I go to this hotel very often when visiting places in Orlando it is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the pool and play area is pretty good when coming with kids or you want to hang around and look at the lake. The breakfast is pretty good in the mornings, and everyone is really nice even if it's the staff or tourists I enjoy the lasting memories with my family and friends.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the food was decent, but unfortunately, those were the only highlights of our stay. We had no hot water for the entire duration of our visit, which meant cold showers every day. We reported the issue to the staff, but they weren’t very helpful or apologetic. When we asked for a refund, they only offered to refund the resort fee. We accepted, thinking it was better than nothing. However, before we left, they said we’d receive an email confirming the refund—but we’ve received neither the email nor the money. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The view alone doesn't make up for poor service and basic amenities not working. I do not recommend staying here.

When I walked into the lobby my immediate reaction was wow this place is so clean looking and smells clean. The rooms were updated and clean. The nightly rate was excellent and it also included a delicious free breakfast. I definitely will return.

I was here years ago when they started to renovate, it was awful. I must say they did an amazing job, I loved it. Everything was amazing especially the staff, everyone was so nice. Anelis (front desk) she was so sweet even after working double shifts she always had a smile on her face. Loved the enclosed free parking, the relaxing scenery, my favorite were the pictures with positive quotes throughout the hotel. Oh and breakfast was on point!!! I wish the shower water pressure was better, but that’s it. Highly recommend this hotel… clean, staff, location worth the money!!! Thank you to all the staff and the hard work you do for an enjoyable stay. marisol fr OHIO.
