The rooms are spacious & clean both in the rooms, corridors and front office. All the Waiters are very friendly & helpful. The location is very strategic near the water front city, you can go for a walk in the morning, China Town has lots of delicious food. 💖👍⭐.

Very nice hotel. Clean, cold AC, varied breakfast, very friendly and fast service, close to the city center / Chinatown and of course very close to the seafood center at Topspot. Highly recommended for those who have never stayed in Kuching.

This hotel is perfect for family holidays or even with friends, the location is quite strategic close to the kuching city icon "cat statue" which is right in front of the hotel, and the location for shopping or culinary spots, and most importantly near the waterfront area where the entertainment center to see the beauty of the river and colorful bridges at night and also the attraction of dancing fountains. Even though the interior is like an old one, but it is quite comfortable and not too scary. Friendly receptionist, although it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to check to get the room key. The room is very spacious, with a bathroom with a bathtub, a mini fridge, ironing equipment and other amenities. But unfortunately there are no sandals and also a toothbrush that should be one of the standard equipment at the hotel. I got 1 room with a view towards the cat statue. The swimming pool is quite wide, with a view of the waterfront. For breakfast I did not try it, because it was only just a room not with breakfast. Overall recomemded to stay here again, because the location is very strategic.

The location of the hotel is close to waterfront city, the size of the room is spacious and clean, the type of mattress is not hard sleeping, the breakfast is varied and according to taste.

Superb and valie for money!!!! Comfy bed, spacious room, clean toilet, hot shower and tub, non smoking and smoking room available, near riverside, near to to shop lot. Friendly and helpful staffs. Recommended to all!!

Near with favorite and attractive places.

The initial entry into this hotel with a borneo theme made a good impression and a very friendly Bellboy officer. However, the lack of friendliness of the officers at the Front Office made me a little disappointed and did not explain in detail what the facilities of this hotel are. The footsteps to the comfortable bedroom with a beautiful view are a bit of a relief to my travel agenda this time in Kuching with a view from the 15th floor making me not want to forget every second of that beautiful moment. At 22:17 I made an order for 2 empty wine glasses and an ice stone which I ordered by phone in the room, until I checked out it was not delivered. Breakfast is quite good for this hotel and the variety of food choices makes me feel at home for long. Have a Good Day

Spacious room. There's a tab. The bathroom is nice too. Breakfast was delicious.

The carpet is so dirty from red color become slightly chocolate, the smell Holy moly, the amities just a blanket no toothpaste, toothbrush, razor blade , we stay at club room but everything fell like normal hotel room.

The only privilege for club room is the VIP lounge at level 17. Suitable with the name, VIP lounge, all the guest should get the VIP treatment but it not happened to me. When I entered the lounge for breakfast on my first day, the lady in-charged ask my room no in unprofessional way "Apa nombor bilik kau?". I think the words should be "Boleh saya tahu nombor bilik Encik/tuan?". For me, the way she asked is very rude and not match for the 5 star rating hotel. Is it because of my attire at that time where as I just wore my bermuda pants, simple t shirt and a cap so I'm not eligible for the VIP treatment? It really effect my mood for the whole day.
