This is the second time I stay here. Previously was very good experience so that we came back here. But this time very terrible. The first room we got was very terrible. So far from lobby (but still okay since we checked in quite late around 7) the issues is the room not well prepared-dirty, smelly and phone was not functioning. So we need to carry my 1 year old baby, go back to receptionist and ask to change room. Then we go to the second room. Still having the same issues. The phone not functioning with some beds issues. After that I need to wait almost 30min to get another room. Its been tiring day for us. The staff also not helpful except for the bellboy. Thank you bang for carrying our luggage without any complaint.

Room facility maintenance is urgently needed.

Loving the room with easy access to the pool, it was great to chill at the balcony with the beautiful sunset and sea breeze, superb relaxing! Great for family getaways and honeymoons. The staffs are also friendly and helpful.

Checking in was a bit slow. But the service and problems were solve pretty instantly and very good customer service.
