All ok, stayed here and satisfied.

Everything was good, got early check-in, the only downside is the uphill road to the hotel 🥲

Strategic location, 4 minutes walk to Far East Plaza.

An old hotel, not well maintained. Bathroom a little bit messy with unfinished small repairs. Shower tub is small, no shower box. We thought the cleaning lady will automatically refill the shower gel bottle, but it was still empty when we back at hotel around 8 pm, so we called front office asking to refill the shower gel bottle, yet nobody came, so we have to call front desk again at 9 pm, then somebody came with the refill.

It was a great experience, me and my family were very enjoy, staffs is very friendly, the hotel is exactly I like, very close with most of the shopping center, just walk about 2-3 minutes, overall is exceed my expectation. Thank you York staffs, make our vacation momerable and we will see you again in the nearest future🙏

I booked a deluxe triplet for 3 adults. The room was spacious, big enough for 4 people, clean, and comfortable. Near Orchard Road (walking distance).

Yeah the hotel was nice, close to the central city. Just the price changing all the time. They won’t let you check in before 3 even the room it’s a lot.

The meals ok. Especially asian food. This old hotel affordable for tourist in the centre of singapore. No spa, fitness centre only small area. The room ya quiet so so because the price is affordable.

Overall stay at York, it was okay.

York Hotel is very convenient for people who come to Singapore to visit Mount Elizabeth Hospital for walking distance traveling. The price is affordable in this location.

It was for a night staying before a morning flight the next day. Overall, it's a good experience. The room is spacious, which is not common in Singapore with its cost. It has a good ambiance, especially in the dining area. I didn't try the swimming pool, but it looks great from my room (will try next time). The only improvement point to be considered is on check-in time. I waited almost 30 minutes, although only 2 persons were before me. Probably, there were unexpected events with those 2 persons before me, but it might be worth checking if there is potential improvement to increase customer experience.

It's quite comfortable to stay here, but the room is a bit cramped for 3 people, but it's still okay. The location is also a bit far from the MRT.
