Great location. Had everything I needed

Very cool place for everyone in the center of the city

First, there are no locks on the door, just a fastener which allows the door to crack open. This made me feel unsafe at night since the hotel is pretty open to the public. Second, the beds are the old spring-type and they had hills and bumps, it was hard to fall asleep. Lately, the wifi signal does not penetrate the room. The only place I was able to connect was right at the door or outside in the hallway.

This property didn’t provide hand soap hot water is limited, at time of reservation said property parking is available the reality wasn’t true.

Tried this modest hotel a couple times, good enough for the price, lots a stores and restaurants to walk to. Great location.

The hotel was unique rustic and old but dated. Communication was difficult, had to pay extra for fridge, hot plate and dishes. No hair dryer and the pool was mediocre, not enough lounge chairs but very busy on the week ends and way to noisy. You could hear through the walls.

It's in the city center and the room rates are very economical. However, my bathroom smelled of sewer gas!

Location is great ! Right in the center of Acapulco. Clean. Great pool !

Prohíben muchas cosas, que cero musica en la alberca, que no puedes comer , que no puedes introducir nada a las habitaciones si no es de ahí , pero si llega alguien conocido de ellos si lo dejan hacer y desahacer a como quiera, entonces no son parejos con todos . Pésimo y luego decían que el internet y cable lo iban arreglar al siguiente día y en toda la semana que estuve nunca arreglaron nada y no dieron solución

Excelente habitaciones y muy buen hambiente

No dan toalla por persona, no ponen shampoo, el internet es pésimo, si tienes una visita de un familiar quieren cobrar por entrar a la propiedad, aún que no use ningún servicio de la propiedad, en caso de enfermedad de uno y manche las sabanas de la cama le cobran un extra por el lavado de ellas, no existe servicio médico.

Esta muy bien ubicado el Hotel, tiene plazas, bancos, restaurantes muy cerca asi como la playa a solo 1 cuadra. Altamente recomendable y el restaurante Maria Bonita super rico y el servicio muy agradable
