I didn’t like finding out about the “destination” fee 3 days prior to my arrival via email. It totaled $45 per day on top of an “ incidental fee” hold upon my card. $400 was the fee hold on my card upon arrival. You could use the $45 per day fee towards food and/ or drinks at the establishment which was cool. Basically use it or lose it. What I did like was the hotel itself. Nice, clean and spacious

The property provided a free bicycle rental and a $45 voucher towards lunch or dinner everybday. The hotel is located near a cafe, a smoothie bar across the street, an acái bar next door, and two restaraunts one block away. There was a little consturuction nearby about two block away. The Street is busy during the day, but its actually quiet. Me and my partner walked or rode bikes for transportation during the day and used lyft at night. They have a restaraunt but we did not use it, it looks nice though. ImThe hotel is a two minute walk to the beach. You can take nice picture on the rooftop at night. They have a daily schedule for rooftop activities, but it was falsly advertised, so we went for entertainment outside of the hotel at La Placita which was a 15-20 minute walk and a 5 minute lyft ride. Overall the hotel was nice. The staff were accomodating and welcoming. They have a nice bathroom! The design of rooms were okay 7/10, not luxurious, but clean and cozy. I would stay again.

This hotel is closer to Old San Juan, churches, supermarkets and restaurants. It was a nightmare experience when we came the first day. We waited more than 9 hours waiting for the room. The room assigned to us was the wrong one, with one bed for two adults and one child. I booked two queens bed. I informed to the hotel counter staff and we have to wait two more hours. Finally they provided us the correct accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay here while we stay here several times this time was a little different. Everything was still nice, but the guests are very loud and I know people are on vacation so I gave it a pass . The food is always good. The service is always good. It’s always clean. The only reason why I give it a four is because of the noise so if I stay there again, I would want to make sure I’m in a corner and on top floor.

i loved how everything was so close to the hotel. the only thing that sucked was the check in part, we had to wait an extra half hour for our room. i loved how the room service cleaned the room!

Extra resort fees per day on top of price of room. Not free parking. Staff are very professional but not super friendly. Buuuuut you won’t go w/o power during a blackout in PR.

This hotel was very nice except the Burger King view from my balcony.

Nice hotel however the daily credit is a scam because the menu upped the prices on everything. Chicken wings for 34 dollars ??? Pina colada 23 dollars ?? Just ridiculous. Make the menu regular price
